I was very suspicious about Thirdhome… I was very suspicious about Thirdhome until becoming a member I thought no one would ever look after my pride and joy of a pied a terre in Hampstead London but they have ! The guests seem to ab love it . It is with thx to Michelle Meehan who convinced me that it would be great and it has been. Michelle and I had such a laugh Maria is superb / kind / considerate / communicative. Michelle was fabulous. All in all the staff at Thirdhome are tremendous . We are v lucky to have them. *Censored review title* -redacted ThirdHome signed me up claiming my property was so nice that I wouldn't have to pay the $300 (!) annual membership dues. Turns out, that was just for the first year. (They never said that on the initial call.) I travel a ton to all sorts of locations and I've yet to find a single available property. Some major cities have ZERO properties. Also, they sell themselves as a home swap, but then they take huge fees for the bookings, on average $1000! So, you're maybe saving a few hundred dollars, but it's not worth the effort of trying to coordinate dates with homeowners, especially because bookings are strangely based on pre-set weeks. Site/app is not good. Management/support is super shady, making all sorts of assurances to keep you on board and then backing out of them. Stay away. I regret all the time and money I put in to acquire "keys" and then never get to use them. UPDATE: The company flagged my review and TrustPilot threatened to take it down. While I don’t agree with this action, the offending statements have been removed. Since writing this review, a VP from the company reached out and is working with me to resolve my issues. I appreciate the communication and transparency of this person in the process. I will update my review further once I have used the service for a stay.

Third Home is a really great for us… Third Home is a really good set up and option for me and my family. We own a ski in/ ski out property in Colorado and have enjoyed it for many years. However, we use it a bit less as the kids got older and wanted to figure out monetizing it but not just renting it to whomever. ThirdHome is the perfect fit. We get amazing vacations to other members properties and all people (who also own properties) to stay at ours. We are going to Mexico and Hawaii this year for next to nothing because of ThirdHome’s program. We know our property will be better cared for from ThirdHome members, and we do the same when we travel to their amazing properties. It is an awesome exchange program.

Our family has benefitted immensely from Thirdhome, allowing us to travel all over the world and stay in luxe accommodations for a small fraction of the cost compared to renting homes or booking hotels. The Thirdhome website offers thousands of incredible properties. It's comforting to share our own property with other members since everyone is extremely well vetted prior to being approved. Best choice we have made for our family in regards to travel. The Thirdhome team is always on the ready to help and we simply could not be more impressed with their dedication to serve their members.

Thirdhome is like no other! I’ve been using my Thirdhome Membership for some time now, and I must say, it's been an absolute pleasure. The ease of use, extensive listings, and unique options set it apart from the competition. My family, friends an I have had the opportunity to enjoy two wonderful vacations through this platform, and each experience was fantastic. What's more, the process of searching for new vacation possibilities is a joy in itself. Highly recommended!
