Thirdhome is the ultimate travel… Thirdhome is the ultimate travel platform, a truly one of a kind luxury home owner vacation resource. Our family has benefitted immensely from Thirdhome, allowing us to travel all over the world and stay in luxe accommodations for a small fraction of the cost compared to renting homes or booking hotels. The Thirdhome website offers thousands of incredible properties. It's comforting to share our own property with other members since everyone is extremely well vetted prior to being approved. Best choice we have made for our family in regards to travel. The Thirdhome team is always on the ready to help and we simply could not be more impressed with their dedication to serve their members.

Damage and Thirdhome did NOTHING Exchanged home and damage over $1,500, occurred, guest denied damage. Notice the comment from the Thirdhome rep/GC states - deflects and minimizes damage, sharing that my rating of my stays were all 5 stars...failed to mention I rated this guest as a 1, and then minimizes the damage to scratches. I replaced the floor and that alone was over $1,500 and that doesn't include repainting two walls. Thirdhome has a third party Superhog that is supposed to address claims, and similar to an insurance company they ask for information and then don't respond and continue not to respond, two weeks from last response to the latest, then ask for more information...does that work for anyone who wants to know if or when this is covered. Oh, and if you sign up, better take pictures of everything before and after a guest stay if you want them to cover damage, they don't tell you that when you sign up. Thirdhome wipes their hands and when I signed up they said if there is damage they step in and work with the party who was in the house. All they did was send a message to the person in the house and state that the owner claims you damaged the property and then stepped back and did nothing more. The person who was in the home denied the damage, etc. If you care about your home I would not recommend thirdhome. They get so many AirBNB type rentals, if you have one and don't care about it like someone would a second home, this could be for you. if you have a home you care about, I don't not reccomend this. The response Thirdhome left, it's innacurate and the floor is now replaced because they're not scratches...they are chunks taken out of the floor.

Best year of my life I joined THIRDHOME a year ago and I have had the best year of my life for holidays having already been to 10 properties and received a loyalty key! I have been able to take my family and my friends all over the world and all of the properties without exception ,have been of a very high standard . Plus the hosts have all been very generous and helpful . New properties and dates are coming up all the time and THIRDHOME keep you constantly updated by email literally everyday. I can’t wait to open their emails to plan my next holiday. I have 3 up and coming holidays in my reservations; Scotland, in an 18 person property, USA Orlando in a 7 bedroomed property on a golf resort near Disney and one I am very excited for , a barge moored in Amsterdam port with its very own captain! I didn't complete the application I didn't complete the application, but they try to hook you up without any information. In exchange of your home you receive some undisclosed credits. There's no listing of homes available, but they say are 4million in value on average! Seems a typical time sharing scam

This company provides excellent service… This company provides excellent service from the team. The properties are world class. And they have always been honorable and delivered what was expected, as I have been a third home member for over 10 years.
