NLThirdhome is like no other! I’ve been using my Thirdhome Membership for some time now, and I must say, it's been an absolute pleasure. The ease of use, extensive listings, and unique options set it apart from the competition. My family, friends an I have had the opportunity to enjoy two wonderful vacations through this platform, and each experience was fantastic. What's more, the process of searching for new vacation possibilities is a joy in itself. Highly recommended!

GBDamage and Thirdhome did NOTHING Exchanged home and damage over $1,500, occurred, guest denied damage. Notice the comment from the Thirdhome rep/GC states - deflects and minimizes damage, sharing that my rating of my stays were all 5 stars...failed to mention I rated this guest as a 1, and then minimizes the damage to scratches. I replaced the floor and that alone was over $1,500 and that doesn't include repainting two walls. Thirdhome has a third party Superhog that is supposed to address claims, and similar to an insurance company they ask for information and then don't respond and continue not to respond, two weeks from last response to the latest, then ask for more information...does that work for anyone who wants to know if or when this is covered. Oh, and if you sign up, better take pictures of everything before and after a guest stay if you want them to cover damage, they don't tell you that when you sign up. Thirdhome wipes their hands and when I signed up they said if there is damage they step in and work with the party who was in the house. All they did was send a message to the person in the house and state that the owner claims you damaged the property and then stepped back and did nothing more. The person who was in the home denied the damage, etc. If you care about your home I would not recommend thirdhome. They get so many AirBNB type rentals, if you have one and don't care about it like someone would a second home, this could be for you. if you have a home you care about, I don't not reccomend this. The response Thirdhome left, it's innacurate and the floor is now replaced because they're not scratches...they are chunks taken out of the floor.

GBThird Home is a really great for us… Third Home is a really good set up and option for me and my family. We own a ski in/ ski out property in Colorado and have enjoyed it for many years. However, we use it a bit less as the kids got older and wanted to figure out monetizing it but not just renting it to whomever. ThirdHome is the perfect fit. We get amazing vacations to other members properties and all people (who also own properties) to stay at ours. We are going to Mexico and Hawaii this year for next to nothing because of ThirdHome’s program. We know our property will be better cared for from ThirdHome members, and we do the same when we travel to their amazing properties. It is an awesome exchange program.

GBNot a good company that does not allow… Not a good company that does not allow you to change your decision? How is this fair legal or right. I cannot find anything I want to book because there is nothing worthy to book. It is a terrible service. Everyone just puts their house on out of season. So there is nowhere that’s worth booking in exchange for yours. Standards much lower than advertised. I want to stop my membership but not allowed to ! They make you let yours out and you cannot revert it. It is scam worthy for sure. You will not find what you want on there. Anything good is gone in a flash ! No point to it and bad rules. Standards.

GBManagement has zero respect for boundaries Working in this company also means sacrificing your work-life balance. The management does not respect the personal boundaries of the employees. You will forced to work even if it's already outside of your work hours and despite not being paid for the extra work. You have nothing else to do besides comply since the politics here may get you removed from the company. It's a truly toxic work culture.
