USDONT USE KOPA Kopa is an awful company with no customer service. They are withholding this month’s rent saying that it’s “processing” with my bank but my bank has not received any payment. I have never received payments within the 4 business days as they claim online and it has now been 11 business days with me continuously contacting their customer service with no response. It seems that I am not the first or only person this is happening to or has happened to. Please do not use this company if you want to get paid my your tenants! They have very high service fees, too. Don’t use them!

USKOPA a total Loser Only a 1-Star because there is not an option for ZERO. There is no customer support, no response to multiple emails and voicemails, and worst of all, no required Kopa-controlled approval on a Kopa-run FB group to list a rental. But they damn sure charged my credit card every month. IMPOSSIBLE to cancel- again, NO RESPONSE to multiple attempts to contact. I had to go through my credit card co. to dispute.

USIs this business still in business? I just posted one of my listings to see how it would go. I wrote customer service but have not had a response. It posted my listing but then after seeing it ones it doesn't show in searches. Last no other pages seem to have reviews. Is this business still in business?

USKopa Ghost Customer Support Kopa charges outrageous fees to their property owners compared to other platforms that provide similar services. They are quick to remove funds from your account but do not respond when refunds are to be made back into your account. There is no phone number to call for authentic customer support, so they simply do not respond to written emails. I do not recommend using this platform as a landlord.
