Strongly recommend Kopa for renting your property I have used Kopa for several years to find interns for our home in Bay area. Their system is very easy to use for posting your property and also comparing with other properties in the area for price and size of homes. All the interns we found have been wonderful students from Canada. I recommend Kopa very strongly

DONT USE KOPA Kopa is an awful company with no customer service. They are withholding this month’s rent saying that it’s “processing” with my bank but my bank has not received any payment. I have never received payments within the 4 business days as they claim online and it has now been 11 business days with me continuously contacting their customer service with no response. It seems that I am not the first or only person this is happening to or has happened to. Please do not use this company if you want to get paid my your tenants! They have very high service fees, too. Don’t use them!

Find Housing Fast and Easy! Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a place to live for 4 months and I only had a week to do so. Apartment hunting is extremely stressful, even without this extra pressure, but PadPiper was a life saver. The website is easy to use and I was able to connect with potential landlords in no time at all! All of the messaging, rental comparisons, and commute planning was done through the website. No need to give out my phone number to people I didn't know and no need to navigate between 30 Chrome tabs. Great properties and amazing people with fair fees Our company needed to rent a place for 3 months in Silicon Valley and I faced the daunting task to find a home in Mountain View suitable for 10 people and with a reasonable price. AirBnb and Vrbo were the obvious places to start the search, but after a few weeks of daily search and messaging dozens of landlords I was really pessimistic - we would probably be in San Jose rather than MV and paying extremely high fees. I consider the aforementioned platforms work great for really short term rentals (2 weeks max, maybe) but when your demand is measured is months, there ir nothing like Faros. We were able to find a lovely place with an extremely thoughtful landlord and fair price. The whole process was a breeze and Faro's team went above and beyond to help us having a great experience. I enthusiastically recommend Faros to everybody looking for a furnished home in monthly periods!
