They are quick to remove funds from your account but do not respond when refunds are to be made back into your account. There is no phone number to call for authentic customer support, so they simply do not respond to written emails. I do not recommend using this platform as a landlord.

I wanted to rent at the end of the month but the person I dealt with wanted me to pay rent starting the middle of the month, which had already past. It wasn't going to happen and I'm not sure why they thought that was okay. I attempted to communicate with them but they just ignored my emails. So instead of renting to me, the property is back on the website.

It’s really helpful when you’re relocating and don’t have a good handle on the place you’re moving to. They actually know the landlords and provide an unreal amount of support. Is this business still in business? I just posted one of my listings to see how it would go. I wrote customer service but have not had a response. It posted my listing but then after seeing it ones it doesn't show in searches. Last no other pages seem to have reviews. Is this business still in business?
