It’s really helpful when you’re relocating and don’t have a good handle on the place you’re moving to. They actually know the landlords and provide an unreal amount of support. Great platforms for host Got an awesome tenant for a 4-month stay via Kopa! It's refreshing to see a site supports us hosts during COVID-19; I had to convert from short term to long-term and getting a guest for that long through Airbnb isn't easy.

Kopa is Awesome! We love using Kopa as an alternative to Airbnb. Their platform has helped us rent our places to top notch interns around the Bay Area. We only use Kopa and Airbnb but Kopa is great because their technology is better and their service fees are lower. We have all 20+ of our properties on Kopa. Very legitimate platform with quality renters.
