Quick Move, Very Simple Process...Highly Recommend We had to make a move for 2 1/2 months in a short amount of time and the options on other sites made it difficult to find a furnished place that was decent. Housing made easy I had the opportunity to intern in the Bay area for a couple months, but finding housing in a new city felt like a very daunting task. Especially hearing stories about pockets of bad neighborhood. Fortunately someone recommended me to check out PadPiper, which made my life so much easier. The website is clean, easy to use, and has all the information I need for choosing a place to live. The customer support is responsive and I knew I could trust the website because Jack knows many of the landlords personally. I would recommend the site to short term student housing, whether it's work related or not.

Helped me with finding short term rentals! I have used Kopa twice now to find short term housing in NorCal for my internships. Both times my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The landlords themselves have been very responsive on the platform and the team at Kopa have always been responsive to any questions I have. It's a great way to find short term housing in a new city when you're first moving out there. Simple to use interface without the unknowns of using a site such as craigslist. Will be using again in the future whenever I need to find short term housing in a new location!

No customer service No customer service, charged me even though I cancelled before free trial was over. I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Kopa Ghost Customer Support Kopa charges outrageous fees to their property owners compared to other platforms that provide similar services. They are quick to remove funds from your account but do not respond when refunds are to be made back into your account. There is no phone number to call for authentic customer support, so they simply do not respond to written emails. I do not recommend using this platform as a landlord.
