Helped me with finding short term rentals! I have used Kopa twice now to find short term housing in NorCal for my internships. Both times my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The landlords themselves have been very responsive on the platform and the team at Kopa have always been responsive to any questions I have. It's a great way to find short term housing in a new city when you're first moving out there. Simple to use interface without the unknowns of using a site such as craigslist. Will be using again in the future whenever I need to find short term housing in a new location!

Strongly recommend Kopa for renting your property I have used Kopa for several years to find interns for our home in Bay area. Their system is very easy to use for posting your property and also comparing with other properties in the area for price and size of homes. No customer service No customer service, charged me even though I cancelled before free trial was over. I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Kopa is Awesome! We love using Kopa as an alternative to Airbnb. Their platform has helped us rent our places to top notch interns around the Bay Area. We only use Kopa and Airbnb but Kopa is great because their technology is better and their service fees are lower. We have all 20+ of our properties on Kopa. Very legitimate platform with quality renters.

Find Housing Fast and Easy! Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a place to live for 4 months and I only had a week to do so. Apartment hunting is extremely stressful, even without this extra pressure, but PadPiper was a life saver. The website is easy to use and I was able to connect with potential landlords in no time at all! All of the messaging, rental comparisons, and commute planning was done through the website. No need to give out my phone number to people I didn't know and no need to navigate between 30 Chrome tabs. The service is great and I recommend it to anyone I know that is looking for short term housing.
