Highly Recommend My roommate and I were struggling for weeks to find a place to live in the bay area. We discovered PadPiper only days before we would need to move into an apartment and somehow, found a listing that matched all of our criteria in a beautiful neighborhood to boot! The process was seamless and the customer service is fantastic - Jack and Zach are kind, attentive and very personable co-founders. Coming from NYC, and Boston, I've had my fair share of apartment-search and rental experiences before-- but renting through Padpiper's platform was by far the most seamless and feels the most trustworthy. The reminders of when your rent is due are also super helpful. I highly recommend that you use their service!!

Strongly recommend Kopa for renting your property I have used Kopa for several years to find interns for our home in Bay area. Their system is very easy to use for posting your property and also comparing with other properties in the area for price and size of homes. All the interns we found have been wonderful students from Canada. I recommend Kopa very strongly

Kopa is Awesome! We love using Kopa as an alternative to Airbnb. Their platform has helped us rent our places to top notch interns around the Bay Area. We only use Kopa and Airbnb but Kopa is great because their technology is better and their service fees are lower. We have all 20+ of our properties on Kopa. Very legitimate platform with quality renters.

DONT USE KOPA Kopa is an awful company with no customer service. They are withholding this month’s rent saying that it’s “processing” with my bank but my bank has not received any payment. I have never received payments within the 4 business days as they claim online and it has now been 11 business days with me continuously contacting their customer service with no response. It seems that I am not the first or only person this is happening to or has happened to. Please do not use this company if you want to get paid my your tenants! They have very high service fees, too. Don’t use them!

Helped me with finding short term rentals! I have used Kopa twice now to find short term housing in NorCal for my internships. Both times my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The landlords themselves have been very responsive on the platform and the team at Kopa have always been responsive to any questions I have. It's a great way to find short term housing in a new city when you're first moving out there. Simple to use interface without the unknowns of using a site such as craigslist. Will be using again in the future whenever I need to find short term housing in a new location!
