Kopa is Awesome! We love using Kopa as an alternative to Airbnb. Their platform has helped us rent our places to top notch interns around the Bay Area. We only use Kopa and Airbnb but Kopa is great because their technology is better and their service fees are lower. We have all 20+ of our properties on Kopa. Very legitimate platform with quality renters.

Find Housing Fast and Easy! Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a place to live for 4 months and I only had a week to do so. Apartment hunting is extremely stressful, even without this extra pressure, but PadPiper was a life saver. The website is easy to use and I was able to connect with potential landlords in no time at all! All of the messaging, rental comparisons, and commute planning was done through the website. No need to give out my phone number to people I didn't know and no need to navigate between 30 Chrome tabs. The service is great and I recommend it to anyone I know that is looking for short term housing.

The website is beautiful and works incredibly well. This website made it possible for me to find a trustable landlord for a short term rental and took all of the bureaucratic and administrative nightmares out of securing a lease. It is eons better than looking for short term leases on craigslist, or being over-sold on sites like AirBnb or VRBO. I can’t recommend this site enough if you are looking for summer housing!
