When you are in need of a place to… When you are in need of a place to live, being strung along isn't something you want to deal with. I inquired about a property and decided I wanted to rent. I wanted to rent at the end of the month but the person I dealt with wanted me to pay rent starting the middle of the month, which had already past. It wasn't going to happen and I'm not sure why they thought that was okay. I attempted to communicate with them but they just ignored my emails. So instead of renting to me, the property is back on the website.

Kopa is Awesome! We love using Kopa as an alternative to Airbnb. Their platform has helped us rent our places to top notch interns around the Bay Area. We only use Kopa and Airbnb but Kopa is great because their technology is better and their service fees are lower. We have all 20+ of our properties on Kopa. Very legitimate platform with quality renters.

Find Housing Fast and Easy! Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a place to live for 4 months and I only had a week to do so. Apartment hunting is extremely stressful, even without this extra pressure, but PadPiper was a life saver.
