Is this business still in business? I just posted one of my listings to see how it would go. I wrote customer service but have not had a response. It posted my listing but then after seeing it ones it doesn't show in searches. Last no other pages seem to have reviews. Is this business still in business?

Great properties and amazing people with fair fees Our company needed to rent a place for 3 months in Silicon Valley and I faced the daunting task to find a home in Mountain View suitable for 10 people and with a reasonable price. AirBnb and Vrbo were the obvious places to start the search, but after a few weeks of daily search and messaging dozens of landlords I was really pessimistic - we would probably be in San Jose rather than MV and paying extremely high fees. I consider the aforementioned platforms work great for really short term rentals (2 weeks max, maybe) but when your demand is measured is months, there ir nothing like Faros. We were able to find a lovely place with an extremely thoughtful landlord and fair price. The whole process was a breeze and Faro's team went above and beyond to help us having a great experience. I enthusiastically recommend Faros to everybody looking for a furnished home in monthly periods!

Housing made easy I had the opportunity to intern in the Bay area for a couple months, but finding housing in a new city felt like a very daunting task. Especially hearing stories about pockets of bad neighborhood. Fortunately someone recommended me to check out PadPiper, which made my life so much easier. The website is clean, easy to use, and has all the information I need for choosing a place to live. The customer support is responsive and I knew I could trust the website because Jack knows many of the landlords personally. I would recommend the site to short term student housing, whether it's work related or not.

I didn’t have a positive experience I didn’t have a positive experience. The host let me stay one month, when I requested another 2 months, I was declined. Well we didn’t start off on the right foot. That’s fine. When I moved out, and left the apt absolutely spotless, I thought I would get back my deposit immediately or worst case scenario 30 days later. No, the owner of the property, who I had to get his number from a neighbor. They don’t have this information readily available, was not quick to respond. When he finally did, he said it would be 60 days after move out. And that the funds would be automatically deposited. Well...It’s been past 60 days. I’ve reached out to the owner, he said he thought the funds were automatically deposited. Gave me a few contacts to reach out to. I did. On Friday. No response😢 This is $750 worth of deposit. Be aware who you rent from. Personally, I had a very bad experience. I really hope I get my deposit back😭

Highly Recommend My roommate and I were struggling for weeks to find a place to live in the bay area. We discovered PadPiper only days before we would need to move into an apartment and somehow, found a listing that matched all of our criteria in a beautiful neighborhood to boot! The process was seamless and the customer service is fantastic - Jack and Zach are kind, attentive and very personable co-founders. Coming from NYC, and Boston, I've had my fair share of apartment-search and rental experiences before-- but renting through Padpiper's platform was by far the most seamless and feels the most trustworthy. The reminders of when your rent is due are also super helpful. I highly recommend that you use their service!!
