Quick Move, Very Simple Process...Highly Recommend We had to make a move for 2 1/2 months in a short amount of time and the options on other sites made it difficult to find a furnished place that was decent. Great platforms for host Got an awesome tenant for a 4-month stay via Kopa! It's refreshing to see a site supports us hosts during COVID-19; I had to convert from short term to long-term and getting a guest for that long through Airbnb isn't easy.

Kopa Ghost Customer Support Kopa charges outrageous fees to their property owners compared to other platforms that provide similar services. They are quick to remove funds from your account but do not respond when refunds are to be made back into your account. There is no phone number to call for authentic customer support, so they simply do not respond to written emails. I do not recommend using this platform as a landlord.
