Find Housing Fast and Easy! Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a place to live for 4 months and I only had a week to do so. Apartment hunting is extremely stressful, even without this extra pressure, but PadPiper was a life saver. The website is easy to use and I was able to connect with potential landlords in no time at all! All of the messaging, rental comparisons, and commute planning was done through the website. No need to give out my phone number to people I didn't know and no need to navigate between 30 Chrome tabs. Is this business still in business? I just posted one of my listings to see how it would go. I wrote customer service but have not had a response. It posted my listing but then after seeing it ones it doesn't show in searches. Last no other pages seem to have reviews. Is this business still in business?

Kopa is Awesome! We love using Kopa as an alternative to Airbnb. Their platform has helped us rent our places to top notch interns around the Bay Area. We only use Kopa and Airbnb but Kopa is great because their technology is better and their service fees are lower. We have all 20+ of our properties on Kopa. Very legitimate platform with quality renters.

Great platforms for host Got an awesome tenant for a 4-month stay via Kopa! It's refreshing to see a site supports us hosts during COVID-19; I had to convert from short term to long-term and getting a guest for that long through Airbnb isn't easy.
