It’s really helpful when you’re relocating and don’t have a good handle on the place you’re moving to. They actually know the landlords and provide an unreal amount of support. Highly Recommend My roommate and I were struggling for weeks to find a place to live in the bay area. We discovered PadPiper only days before we would need to move into an apartment and somehow, found a listing that matched all of our criteria in a beautiful neighborhood to boot! The process was seamless and the customer service is fantastic - Jack and Zach are kind, attentive and very personable co-founders. Coming from NYC, and Boston, I've had my fair share of apartment-search and rental experiences before-- but renting through Padpiper's platform was by far the most seamless and feels the most trustworthy. When you are in need of a place to… When you are in need of a place to live, being strung along isn't something you want to deal with. I inquired about a property and decided I wanted to rent. I wanted to rent at the end of the month but the person I dealt with wanted me to pay rent starting the middle of the month, which had already past. It wasn't going to happen and I'm not sure why they thought that was okay. I attempted to communicate with them but they just ignored my emails. So instead of renting to me, the property is back on the website.

Great platforms for host Got an awesome tenant for a 4-month stay via Kopa! It's refreshing to see a site supports us hosts during COVID-19; I had to convert from short term to long-term and getting a guest for that long through Airbnb isn't easy.
