Great team! When I first met the Kopa Team, I was blown away by their team's professionalism and responsiveness! After getting to know Kopa over these past two years, I'm even more amazed! They are incredibly dedicated, resourceful and a joy to work with! As a leader in the housing business, they have developed a strong stance in their industry and grown their company nationally! DONT USE KOPA Kopa is an awful company with no customer service. They are withholding this month’s rent saying that it’s “processing” with my bank but my bank has not received any payment. I have never received payments within the 4 business days as they claim online and it has now been 11 business days with me continuously contacting their customer service with no response. It seems that I am not the first or only person this is happening to or has happened to. Please do not use this company if you want to get paid my your tenants! They have very high service fees, too. Don’t use them!

No customer service No customer service, charged me even though I cancelled before free trial was over. I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

KOPA a total Loser Only a 1-Star because there is not an option for ZERO. There is no customer support, no response to multiple emails and voicemails, and worst of all, no required Kopa-controlled approval on a Kopa-run FB group to list a rental. But they damn sure charged my credit card every month. IMPOSSIBLE to cancel- again, NO RESPONSE to multiple attempts to contact. I had to go through my credit card co. to dispute.

Helped me with finding short term rentals! I have used Kopa twice now to find short term housing in NorCal for my internships. Both times my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The landlords themselves have been very responsive on the platform and the team at Kopa have always been responsive to any questions I have. It's a great way to find short term housing in a new city when you're first moving out there. Simple to use interface without the unknowns of using a site such as craigslist. Will be using again in the future whenever I need to find short term housing in a new location!
