Strongly recommend Kopa for renting your property I have used Kopa for several years to find interns for our home in Bay area. Their system is very easy to use for posting your property and also comparing with other properties in the area for price and size of homes. This is an absolutely fantastic… This is an absolutely fantastic company! I am an intern a tech company in San Fransisco, and PadPiper made it possible for me to find housing. The website is beautiful and works incredibly well. This website made it possible for me to find a trustable landlord for a short term rental and took all of the bureaucratic and administrative nightmares out of securing a lease. It is eons better than looking for short term leases on craigslist, or being over-sold on sites like AirBnb or VRBO. I can’t recommend this site enough if you are looking for summer housing!

Kopa is Awesome! We love using Kopa as an alternative to Airbnb. Their platform has helped us rent our places to top notch interns around the Bay Area. We only use Kopa and Airbnb but Kopa is great because their technology is better and their service fees are lower. We have all 20+ of our properties on Kopa. Very legitimate platform with quality renters.

Helped me with finding short term rentals! I have used Kopa twice now to find short term housing in NorCal for my internships. Both times my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The landlords themselves have been very responsive on the platform and the team at Kopa have always been responsive to any questions I have. It's a great way to find short term housing in a new city when you're first moving out there. Simple to use interface without the unknowns of using a site such as craigslist. Will be using again in the future whenever I need to find short term housing in a new location!

Padpiper isn’t just another housing platform Padpiper isn’t just a platform for finding a place to rent, but rather a full service experience. It’s really helpful when you’re relocating and don’t have a good handle on the place you’re moving to. They actually know the landlords and provide an unreal amount of support.
