Great platforms for host Got an awesome tenant for a 4-month stay via Kopa! It's refreshing to see a site supports us hosts during COVID-19; I had to convert from short term to long-term and getting a guest for that long through Airbnb isn't easy.

DONT USE KOPA Kopa is an awful company with no customer service. They are withholding this month’s rent saying that it’s “processing” with my bank but my bank has not received any payment. I have never received payments within the 4 business days as they claim online and it has now been 11 business days with me continuously contacting their customer service with no response. It seems that I am not the first or only person this is happening to or has happened to. Please do not use this company if you want to get paid my your tenants! They have very high service fees, too. Don’t use them!

Quick Move, Very Simple Process...Highly Recommend We had to make a move for 2 1/2 months in a short amount of time and the options on other sites made it difficult to find a furnished place that was decent. Is this business still in business? I just posted one of my listings to see how it would go. I wrote customer service but have not had a response. It posted my listing but then after seeing it ones it doesn't show in searches. Last no other pages seem to have reviews. Is this business still in business?
