Strongly recommend Kopa for renting your property I have used Kopa for several years to find interns for our home in Bay area. Their system is very easy to use for posting your property and also comparing with other properties in the area for price and size of homes. Is this business still in business? I just posted one of my listings to see how it would go. I wrote customer service but have not had a response. It posted my listing but then after seeing it ones it doesn't show in searches. Last no other pages seem to have reviews. Is this business still in business?

KOPA a total Loser Only a 1-Star because there is not an option for ZERO. There is no customer support, no response to multiple emails and voicemails, and worst of all, no required Kopa-controlled approval on a Kopa-run FB group to list a rental. But they damn sure charged my credit card every month. IMPOSSIBLE to cancel- again, NO RESPONSE to multiple attempts to contact. I had to go through my credit card co. to dispute.

Highly Recommend My roommate and I were struggling for weeks to find a place to live in the bay area. We discovered PadPiper only days before we would need to move into an apartment and somehow, found a listing that matched all of our criteria in a beautiful neighborhood to boot! The process was seamless and the customer service is fantastic - Jack and Zach are kind, attentive and very personable co-founders. Coming from NYC, and Boston, I've had my fair share of apartment-search and rental experiences before-- but renting through Padpiper's platform was by far the most seamless and feels the most trustworthy. The reminders of when your rent is due are also super helpful. I highly recommend that you use their service!!
