Apartment hunting is extremely stressful, even without this extra pressure, but PadPiper was a life saver. The website is easy to use and I was able to connect with potential landlords in no time at all! All of the messaging, rental comparisons, and commute planning was done through the website. No need to give out my phone number to people I didn't know and no need to navigate between 30 Chrome tabs. When you are in need of a place to… When you are in need of a place to live, being strung along isn't something you want to deal with. I inquired about a property and decided I wanted to rent. I wanted to rent at the end of the month but the person I dealt with wanted me to pay rent starting the middle of the month, which had already past. It wasn't going to happen and I'm not sure why they thought that was okay. I attempted to communicate with them but they just ignored my emails. So instead of renting to me, the property is back on the website.

KOPA a total Loser Only a 1-Star because there is not an option for ZERO. There is no customer support, no response to multiple emails and voicemails, and worst of all, no required Kopa-controlled approval on a Kopa-run FB group to list a rental. But they damn sure charged my credit card every month. IMPOSSIBLE to cancel- again, NO RESPONSE to multiple attempts to contact. I had to go through my credit card co. to dispute.
