Frozen water lines My water lines froze last week when we had that cold cold weather. I called the Cove Park Office. The office sent someone out in that cold weather to help me out.Thank you to the office and they sent out men to help thaw the water lines

Not a good investment No guidance or support for residents or employees, jacked up lot rents for run down community, twice as many listings as last year, communities are old and outdated and not being addressed.

Wow not buying now Wow. we were all set to look and buy in a cove community somewhere between dunedin and tarpon springs in florida. After reading these reviews, we will look elsewhere. This is so disappointing!!

I live in a cove community in Ruskin… I live in a cove community in Ruskin Florida- several years ago I had a travel trailer there- this time I am in my RV and have been here a year and a half and love it- they have done so many upgrades to the park- the lots are spacious- great activities and amenities! You get what you pay for. The staff here are friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend it!
