When I called to complain, the manager finally called back to say it will remain there and be used occasionally. There was no notice no heads up. And the attitude was too bad for you. 900 plus a month to live next to an improptu volleyball game.

Dont go to Sun valley park in palm Harbor fl.who is run by cove communities. they couldnt tell me anything the credit was by a third party who they claim dont know who they are. what away to run a business. like a person said they are not the only park. So true.

We were going to have security gates installed, it never happened. There is a brook running through the park and it is in a terrible state, they want the Residents to pay to have it cleared.

I live in a cove community in Ruskin… I live in a cove community in Ruskin Florida- several years ago I had a travel trailer there- this time I am in my RV and have been here a year and a half and love it- they have done so many upgrades to the park- the lots are spacious- great activities and amenities! You get what you pay for. The staff here are friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend it!

CAUTION Cove acquired a community in Fort Myers. Raised the lot rent $417 a month and then added property taxes, Xfinity, etc that was included in the lot rent for the past 20 years. In turn, driving home values way down. Greed at its finest! Stay away, they have a horrible reputation! 81% bad reviews!
