Wow not buying now Wow. we were all set to look and buy in a cove community somewhere between dunedin and tarpon springs in florida. After reading these reviews, we will look elsewhere. This is so disappointing!!

CAUTION Cove acquired a community in Fort Myers. Raised the lot rent $417 a month and then added property taxes, Xfinity, etc that was included in the lot rent for the past 20 years. In turn, driving home values way down. Greed at its finest! Stay away, they have a horrible reputation! 81% bad reviews!

Frozen water lines My water lines froze last week when we had that cold cold weather. I called the Cove Park Office. The office sent someone out in that cold weather to help me out.Thank you to the office and they sent out men to help thaw the water lines

Great experience Great experience! been to multiple RV resorts in Florida and they are clean, fun and beautiful! My family loves coming every year!

They bought Bear Creek here in Ormond… They bought Bear Creek here in Ormond Beach. I’ve had my house on the market for almost a year now and can’t sell because they will raise the lot rent by $350.00 on whoever buys it! The community here had a scheduled town hall meeting with Cove and they cancelled at the last minute!! They are apparently not concerned about communication with their renters. I personally feel like I’m a hostage here. I wouldn’t recommend them to an enemy!!!
