I had proof could afford lot rent. wanted to buy trailer out rigtht. Dont go to Sun valley park in palm Harbor fl.who is run by cove communities. they couldnt tell me anything the credit was by a third party who they claim dont know who they are. what away to run a business. like a person said they are not the only park. We were going to have security gates installed, it never happened. There is a brook running through the park and it is in a terrible state, they want the Residents to pay to have it cleared.
