Pleasant Living I would like to say Cove Communities has really stepped up their game. I moved in Nov/19. Everything was run quite poorly. I am very happy to say in this past year everything has changed for the better. The streets are being plowed now when it snows. The dilapidated Homes have all been repaired over the summer. Now the place is looking as nice as the people that live here. I actually call it Home now. I have gone from thinking I had made a mistake to being proud to live here. Thank you for stepping up.

Don't bother I've made multiple attempts on 3 different occasions and left messages by phone and email to contact this company in regards to a lot or mobile, on my last attempt I received a call back from head office and they informed me they would re-direct my inquiry to the right group This has not happened, no phone call no email If this is how you treat a potential resident I can only imagine how they treat an actual resident

We moved into the Meadows in Tarpon… We moved into the Meadows in Tarpon Springs. Just today they decided to place a volley ball net in a vacant lot right between two houses. When I called to complain, the manager finally called back to say it will remain there and be used occasionally. There was no notice no heads up. And the attitude was too bad for you. 900 plus a month to live next to an improptu volleyball game.

Strawberry ridge corporate greed by cove communities They bought our community strawberry ridge. Immediately huge raises in rents and fees. Trying to syphon off what people have worked for and accumulated their entire life. They don't buy communities the buy a legal license to steal. Corporate greed
