Disgusting experience Disgusting experience. Cove Communties came in and bought our park in Calgary, now called Calgary Village. From the moment they took over they have done nothing but cut services, raised the rent to the point our homes are worthless. We pay $1115 for the pad rent while they rent their own trailers out for the same amount including the lot rent. They have to be the most despicable, unethical company I have ever dealt with using marketing terms such as included "free" with your rent to describe the inferior replacements. Well, if the clubhouse amenities and the garbage wifi nternet are included free with our rent, why is the rent so rediculious? It's like being sold four tires for $30,000 and the rest of the car is included for free so they only have to warranty the tires. I will gladly be participating in the upcoming protests as this company actively seeks to rip people off.

Not a good investment No guidance or support for residents or employees, jacked up lot rents for run down community, twice as many listings as last year, communities are old and outdated and not being addressed.

We are on our third manager in less… We are on our third manager in less than 2 years because Cove does not give them the tools or information and constantly changes their minds about what they are doing. We are getting fancy pavers, but have a clubhouse where you can fall through the floor and through the floor heating grates. We have inaccurate street signs - that took 2 years to get made after being promised. They put a fountain in a pond but can't keep it working.... while there are 4 streets in the community that flood when we get more than 2 inches of rain. Corporate comes to visit and smirks openly in the office to a visitor filling in an app that residents do not know what is coming (needless to say, that visitor did not complete the app!!). The maintenance man has often been drinking and cannot lift more than 30 pounds, but they keep him. Residents need to do their own trimming, but if they try to help each other, the office will not let the trimmings be picked up by the park because the resident herself (80 yrs old in a walker) did not place them on the curb and paid the neighbor $25 to do the trimming (making the kind neighbor a business!!- get a life!).

Following our check-in on 31st Aug we… Following our check-in on 31st Aug we were disgusted to find the state the caravan was handed over to us. Old banana skins, tissue and food packets behind the sofa. Old plasters on the bedroom floor and in one of the double beds!!! The response from Bunn Leisure was that it was a bank holiday so not enough staff to handle the cleaning! Given the current covid situation this is far from acceptable. We are still waiting for a response to the issues raised.

They bought Bear Creek here in Ormond… They bought Bear Creek here in Ormond Beach. I’ve had my house on the market for almost a year now and can’t sell because they will raise the lot rent by $350.00 on whoever buys it! The community here had a scheduled town hall meeting with Cove and they cancelled at the last minute!! They are apparently not concerned about communication with their renters. I personally feel like I’m a hostage here. I wouldn’t recommend them to an enemy!!!
