This site sucks. Waste of time and effort. This site sucks. I tried for a week straight to Find and rent an RV for a couple nights This weekend and only two people replied out of seven and declined my request Just because It’s a holiday weekend And they have a mandatory 4 night rental for holidays! Makes no sense to me. Do you rent rvs or not? I wouldn’t have this problem renting a car or a Hotel room. This site sucks. 10/10 do not recommend. I rather buy my own goddamn RV than ever deal with this bullsh*t again. 🖕🏼

Trying to book a one-way rental Trying to book a one-way rental. RV's show as available with my filters (one-way, 2 guests, 1 pet, etc). I try to book several different RV's, only to receive a "decision" a bit later that the owner has declined my reservation. What is the point of showing "available" rentals just to have the owner decline it every time? Useless and will take my business elsewhere. Edit: Not the platforms fault. It has been a frustrating experience trying to get a one-way RV rental from any platform, not just RVnGo, and I unfairly took it out on them in the form of this review. I have given up on renting an RV entirely, but it is not the sites fault that an Owner chooses not accept, whatever their reason may be. I have updated my review to three stars as I do wish there was a better way to search for RVs that are truly available and willing to rent for the desired purpose.

Great for both Owners and Renters As an owner renting my camper through several sites I have found RVnGO the best to work with. There are a few features that the other peer to peer site have that they don't, but they make up for that with incredible customer service. I signed up on their site late in the rental season of 2019 and had a few questions and features that I needed to offer delivery service to my potential renters. They took my suggestions and made them a reality. They're quick to respond with any questions and because of that I've switched all of my advertising to direct customers to this site versus others. They really seem to have both owners and renters in mind with the decisions that they make. I highly recommend working with them.

RVnGO HAS POTENTIAL TO BE GREAT I've been renting my travel trailer on RVnGO now for little over 6 months now. They are a fairly new rental platform, so baring with them thru the growing pains is essential and understandable. However, they have a top notch sales director in Larry Lesser. He has been great to work with and takes the time to help the owners come to solutions with their problems. The best part of it, RVnGO doesn't take any commissions from my sales. Now that means they haven't had the capital to put into marketing to generate the type of traffic of say RVShare or Outdoorsy....but they are getting there. Nor do they have the logistical platform that has the user friendly features of some of their competitors. However, I'll be patient a little while longer and see how they grow. My biggest compliment is they treat all their operators the same...whether you have a million dollars of inventory on their site, or just $30k. Being a small operator, keeping 100% of my rental is essential to grow! RVnGO has potential to be great!

False advertising at it's best. In every online ad they say no fees. Then when I go to book the RV, there's an extremely high fee. The one I was gonna rent had a $337 fee. The RV rental cost was only $600. It would be nice if they didn't do false advertising. UPDATE: RVnGO needs to give me a way to send them the screenshot I took of their fees. They say they don't have fees but I have the screenshot to prove it. UPDATE: I want a way to post the screenshot here so others can see. And please don't try to insult me with your word games. I know what a fee is. If others choose to pay, that's their business. I refuse to pay you $337 on a $600 rental.
