Use a different site when searching for… Use a different site when searching for AVAILABLE RVs. This site misleads renters by presenting RVs as available based on your search criteria. But after you send the request, you find out it’s not. I had this happen multiple times and it wasted a lot of my time and effort. UPDATE: In response to company, I've been unable to find a way to leave a rating on those RVs as the company states. Plus, the company should handle this with their clients, I shouldn't have to be their enforcer through reviews.

First time to use a camper rental… First time to use a camper rental company. Trailer camping has interested me for some time now and thought of renting to see if I want to leave the tent behind. Let's say its not been a good experience. I messaged Ahmed on his 2019 Forest River Wolf Pup camper on Sept.1,2020 I was wanting to rent it from 4th to the 7th. Here we are the 3rd. Not one response, to tell me more about it or even a courtesy message telling me its rented or cannot be used. Its 5pm on the 3rd. Today I will cancel the request. The worst thing is I lost out on 2 campers from another website waiting for RVnGo member not responding to their messages.

Great for both Owners and Renters As an owner renting my camper through several sites I have found RVnGO the best to work with. There are a few features that the other peer to peer site have that they don't, but they make up for that with incredible customer service. I signed up on their site late in the rental season of 2019 and had a few questions and features that I needed to offer delivery service to my potential renters. They took my suggestions and made them a reality. They're quick to respond with any questions and because of that I've switched all of my advertising to direct customers to this site versus others. They really seem to have both owners and renters in mind with the decisions that they make. I highly recommend working with them.

I really cannot rate your service… I really cannot rate your service because the two R.V.s I checked on apparently had already been reserved/rented for the dates of our vacation. I realize that my requests were very close to the planned date of departure. However, we had never used an R.V. for a family vacation before and just thought about it as a means of avoiding public restrooms along our route during the pandemic. I did like that your site listed not only how many could sleep in the R.V but how many seatbelts were provided. However, it would be helpful (and waste less of my time) if only R.V.s that were actually available on the dates I submitted online were those listed on your site as meeting my preferences.

Do not book your rv on Rvngo Do not book your rv on Rvngo. I'm trying them for the first time and its a nightmare. I spoke with reps over the phone the few times the phone worked. Not one told me they were not giving payouts to the owners. I book with two other companies and never had problems getting my payouts. I got a booking a few days later. When the payment didn't show up I had to call a few times never get connected. Then I got a call from Rvngo and told them the problem. They told me they are having problems doing payouts. They said I should have gotten a email saying that. I never got one. They had me to email my banking info and said it would be a few days more before I get the payment. So I don't know if that will happen,again never being told they were having problems doing payouts. The booking is for 4 weeks. Should I go get my rv or wait for how long. Will the payout even happen?
