GBRVNGO allowed a scammer to list (7)… RVNGO allowed a scammer to list (7) fraudulent vehicles from one owner despite this owner not renting one single vehicle through their site. Red Flag? Apparently not to RVNGO!! I am now out $1000 and have asked RVNGO management to contact me but of course there is no call from anyone!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SITE!! And of course RVNGO are saying i communicated with them outside of the site....RVNGO put me in contact with them!!!!! This scam artist still has vehicles listed on their site!!!!

GBI really cannot rate your service… I really cannot rate your service because the two R.V.s I checked on apparently had already been reserved/rented for the dates of our vacation. I realize that my requests were very close to the planned date of departure. However, we had never used an R.V. for a family vacation before and just thought about it as a means of avoiding public restrooms along our route during the pandemic. I did like that your site listed not only how many could sleep in the R.V but how many seatbelts were provided. However, it would be helpful (and waste less of my time) if only R.V.s that were actually available on the dates I submitted online were those listed on your site as meeting my preferences.

GBSilent site I really can't tell if your site is getting any traffic at all. There is no way of seeing who visited my listing or even a count on visiters. There is no way of seeing who might be looking for an RV in my area so that I can reach out to them and offer them a link to my page to check it out.

GBTrying to book a one-way rental Trying to book a one-way rental. RV's show as available with my filters (one-way, 2 guests, 1 pet, etc). I try to book several different RV's, only to receive a "decision" a bit later that the owner has declined my reservation. What is the point of showing "available" rentals just to have the owner decline it every time? Useless and will take my business elsewhere. Edit: Not the platforms fault. It has been a frustrating experience trying to get a one-way RV rental from any platform, not just RVnGo, and I unfairly took it out on them in the form of this review. I have given up on renting an RV entirely, but it is not the sites fault that an Owner chooses not accept, whatever their reason may be. I have updated my review to three stars as I do wish there was a better way to search for RVs that are truly available and willing to rent for the desired purpose.

GBRVnGO owes me over $50K insurance claims RVnGO owes my company over $50,000.00. For 2 insurance claims and 1 road side assistance claims. RNnGO has not been paying insurance claims. They avoid paying at all costs. Feel free to contact me at Premier Luxury RV Rentals 908 227 4756 for a full explanation. I have over 50 emails that we are going to pay . But they never did. Since last posting I have had others contact me about the same issue.
