Don't do it!!!!! Last year the bathroom was leaking over the kitchen. We didn't have any pots and pans. Cabinet doors in the kitchen were broken or missing. When we called guest services nobody ever showed up. Tried them again this year. We ended up having to cancel due to a death in the family and lost our entire deposit of almost $2000. This is a horrible place to get a cabin. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Trash everywhere upon arrival Trash everywhere upon arrival, late checking us in. Very few towels. The plumbing backed up Saturday morning. Maintenance arrived late afternoon. Septic tank was full. We couldn't shower or use the bathroom Sat or Sunday morning. When we checked out, the plumbing was still backed up. It was a mess. I am a licensed plumbing contractor for 50 years experience.

Absolutely horrible customer service Absolutely horrible customer service. They lied to me over the phone and said we could reserve a cabin for our wedding and would have no issues setting up things with the vendors. Then they sent me an email after I paid my reservation fee and refused to give me the address so I could coordinate with my vendors. When we requested a refund for the amount of the deposit since it is impossible to coordinate with vendors when you can't give them an address they refused. This company is horrible.

We rented cabin "Remember WhenRemember When Cabin We rented cabin "Remember When, " because of the race car simulators . One didnt work, big upset. Cabin had ants. HBO channel didnt work. But staff sent exterminator. They also offered discounts for returning. We shall return again for 5th year. Love it. Thank you

Shower knob broken. Coffee pot leaked all over counter. Took hours to get a new one. Driving simulators broken all week, no reimbursement. Hot tub jets broken. Will never go back to this company!!!
