terribly maintained cabin Extremely disappointed with the quality of our cabin. After several attempts to a manager the only resolve was new blankets. Floor boards are coming up from floor. Ceiling fan is falling apart. Months if not years of dust accumulated on decor. Mismatched curtains. Filthy deck. We have stayed with this company is the past. We were please, but this has ruined staying with this company. We will be looking else where. Only good thing about our cabin was the view.

No wi fi- we could not even use our cells to make calls Very dissapointed with your company. In almost 1 wks time you did nothink to fix our wi fi knowing we could not even call out or receive calls. You refused to move us to another cabin or refund us so that we may ho elsewhere.It was terrible to stay up in that cabin, with children in an unknown place and have no wi fi for us to connect and be able to make a call in case of emergency. Phone in cabin was not working eumither. If someone rents something then you should honor that. Thats what wr are paying for ! Shame on you guys...

Check in was 4pm our cabin wasn't ready… Check in was 4pm our cabin wasn't ready till 8pm and still wasn't completely cleaned. The Wi-Fi didn't work the arcade games didn't work. We tried to use hot tubs but the water was coming out black, the shower water smelled like raw eggs and was discolored. Our experience was terrible this is our 3rd time booking and never experienced this. The properties are going down hill won't be back ‼

Do not rent from this company worst… Do not rent from this company worst cabin ever, these are not luxury cabins. I rented Elizabeth View II it was so nasty and dirty, the table look like they picked it up on the side of the road. Upstairs AC was broken, My husband and I went but cleaning supplies and it took us 4 hrs to clean it. Cleaning people never showed up. 12 person cabin only 2 face towels had to go buy towels before my family showed up, the 7 tv none worked. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, NOT LUXURY AT ALL. WOULD NOT MOVE US TO ANOTHER CABIN. BEWARE

We stayed in H2Oasis We stayed in H2Oasis. The cabin was nothing like pictured. I don’t know we’re to begin. Sliding door handle broken. Pool outside door not functioning. Dirty pool, bugs floating in an indoor pool. Hot tub disgusting. No chemicals available for pool or hot tub. Zero water pressure in the shower. 8 towels for a cabin that sleeps 10. No pool towels. Queen bed upstairs literally had a crater in the middle. 3/5 video games worked. No fire pit. Grass knee high. Broken outdoor furniture. Dirty dishes in the cabinet, lipstick on a glass. No hand towels or dish rags in the kitchen. No hangers in the so called closet. Maintenance came day one to check the pool. Placed a hose to fill it, asked us to remove the hose after it filled.
