Family of 3 rented the Black Bear… Family of 3 rented the Black Bear Rendez View cabin. The cleaning people were amazing (HK 12) JR and Kristy. We had an issue upon arrival, people refused to leave the cabin, during Hurricane Dorian. But, the office got that resolved and got the cabin cleaned. We truly enjoyed our cabin. All the amenities listed, nothing else needed. Office really took care of us!

Worst stay for our family Worst stay for our family. We rented “Altitude Adjustment” for 4 days. Floors were dirty, not a full set of pool balls, hot tub didn’t work, toilet flooded, cleaning supplies left out, one trash bag for 4 days and 12 people, smelled of mildew. No one came to fix toilet after several phone calls so my husband turned off the water to it and fixed it himself. After we checked out and discussed our entire situation to one of the customer service reps, she offered us 25% off our next stay. Needless to say we will not be booking through this company again. It’s a shame too since we come to gatlinburg and pigeon forge area 2-3 times a year.

We rented cabin "Remember WhenRemember When Cabin We rented cabin "Remember When, " because of the race car simulators . One didnt work, big upset. Cabin had ants. HBO channel didnt work. But staff sent exterminator. They also offered discounts for returning. We shall return again for 5th year. Love it. Thank you

Rustic Splash not worth the money We stayed 3 nights at Rustic Splash in August of 2019. Unfortunately, our stay was less than what we expected. The first night I spent hours on the phone trying to report everything that was broke. The hot tub kept losing water. Finally on our last night the maintenance person discovered it had a leak. The jacuzzi tub had pieces missing and tile broken on the surrounding wall. The security system didn’t work. The air hockey game in the loft was falling apart. We found mouse droppings in four places in the cabin. Disappointed to say the least!!

The cabins are a huge disappointment Our family couldn’t even take their shoes off, there were hairs on the bathroom utilities, the pool was filled with bugs and dirt, the hot tub was full of dirt and grime, and you can’t even feel comfortable in the beds which is where you are supposed to sleep at night. These cabins don’t even deserve a star...
