Worst stay for our family Worst stay for our family. We rented “Altitude Adjustment” for 4 days. Floors were dirty, not a full set of pool balls, hot tub didn’t work, toilet flooded, cleaning supplies left out, one trash bag for 4 days and 12 people, smelled of mildew. No one came to fix toilet after several phone calls so my husband turned off the water to it and fixed it himself. After we checked out and discussed our entire situation to one of the customer service reps, she offered us 25% off our next stay. Needless to say we will not be booking through this company again. It’s a shame too since we come to gatlinburg and pigeon forge area 2-3 times a year.

Rustic Splash not worth the money We stayed 3 nights at Rustic Splash in August of 2019. Unfortunately, our stay was less than what we expected. The first night I spent hours on the phone trying to report everything that was broke. The hot tub kept losing water. Finally on our last night the maintenance person discovered it had a leak. The jacuzzi tub had pieces missing and tile broken on the surrounding wall. The security system didn’t work. The air hockey game in the loft was falling apart. We found mouse droppings in four places in the cabin. Disappointed to say the least!!

Absolutely horrible customer service Absolutely horrible customer service. They lied to me over the phone and said we could reserve a cabin for our wedding and would have no issues setting up things with the vendors. Then they sent me an email after I paid my reservation fee and refused to give me the address so I could coordinate with my vendors. When we requested a refund for the amount of the deposit since it is impossible to coordinate with vendors when you can't give them an address they refused. This company is horrible.

terribly maintained cabin Extremely disappointed with the quality of our cabin. After several attempts to a manager the only resolve was new blankets. Floor boards are coming up from floor. Ceiling fan is falling apart. Months if not years of dust accumulated on decor. Mismatched curtains. Filthy deck. We have stayed with this company is the past. We were please, but this has ruined staying with this company. We will be looking else where. Only good thing about our cabin was the view.

Remember When cabin Remember When cabin. Cabin to sleep10-12 people. Not enough towels and bedding provided. Had to call twice for them. Took hours to be delivered. Kitchen nozzle broken. Shower knob broken. Coffee pot leaked all over counter. Took hours to get a new one. Driving simulators broken all week, no reimbursement. Hot tub jets broken. Will never go back to this company!!!
