Rustic Splash not worth the money We stayed 3 nights at Rustic Splash in August of 2019. Unfortunately, our stay was less than what we expected. The first night I spent hours on the phone trying to report everything that was broke. The hot tub kept losing water. Finally on our last night the maintenance person discovered it had a leak. The jacuzzi tub had pieces missing and tile broken on the surrounding wall. The security system didn’t work. The air hockey game in the loft was falling apart. We found mouse droppings in four places in the cabin. Disappointed to say the least!!

Never Again. Upon arrival, the air conditioning was broken and the backyard was completely polluted with trash including cans, Solo cups, plates, and other garbage. The house was not clean. There were Doritos on the floor and steps. The surfaces were thick with dust and many windows had thick cobwebs in the INSIDE. The surround-sound in the media room did not work and there was a large leak in the ceiling on the first floor from the second floor bathroom. We had to keep a trashcan on the dining room table to catch the water. The Wifi went in and out and was mostly unusable. The only positive feedback we can give is that guest services was pleasant and responsive whenever we called about the problems we were experiencing. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

Trash everywhere upon arrival Trash everywhere upon arrival, late checking us in. Very few towels. The plumbing backed up Saturday morning. Maintenance arrived late afternoon. Septic tank was full. We couldn't shower or use the bathroom Sat or Sunday morning. When we checked out, the plumbing was still backed up. It was a mess. I am a licensed plumbing contractor for 50 years experience.

Family of 3 rented the Black Bear… Family of 3 rented the Black Bear Rendez View cabin. The cleaning people were amazing (HK 12) JR and Kristy. We had an issue upon arrival, people refused to leave the cabin, during Hurricane Dorian. But, the office got that resolved and got the cabin cleaned. We truly enjoyed our cabin. All the amenities listed, nothing else needed. Office really took care of us!

No wi fi- we could not even use our cells to make calls Very dissapointed with your company. In almost 1 wks time you did nothink to fix our wi fi knowing we could not even call out or receive calls. You refused to move us to another cabin or refund us so that we may ho elsewhere.It was terrible to stay up in that cabin, with children in an unknown place and have no wi fi for us to connect and be able to make a call in case of emergency. Phone in cabin was not working eumither. If someone rents something then you should honor that. Thats what wr are paying for ! Shame on you guys...
