No where near at luxury as our cabin… No where near at luxury as our cabin resort we stayed in 3 yrs old. Ac unit was broken on the upper level. We had water leaking in our bed rooms the refrigerator was leaking, Internet was not working at all just overall a bad experience for our trip so please do not book the Stepping On The Clouds cabin it need serious repairs

terribly maintained cabin Extremely disappointed with the quality of our cabin. After several attempts to a manager the only resolve was new blankets. Floor boards are coming up from floor. Ceiling fan is falling apart. Months if not years of dust accumulated on decor. Mismatched curtains. Filthy deck. We have stayed with this company is the past. We were please, but this has ruined staying with this company. We will be looking else where. Only good thing about our cabin was the view.

Never Again. Upon arrival, the air conditioning was broken and the backyard was completely polluted with trash including cans, Solo cups, plates, and other garbage. The house was not clean. There were Doritos on the floor and steps. The surfaces were thick with dust and many windows had thick cobwebs in the INSIDE. The surround-sound in the media room did not work and there was a large leak in the ceiling on the first floor from the second floor bathroom. We had to keep a trashcan on the dining room table to catch the water. The Wifi went in and out and was mostly unusable. The only positive feedback we can give is that guest services was pleasant and responsive whenever we called about the problems we were experiencing. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

Don't do it!!!!! Last year the bathroom was leaking over the kitchen. We didn't have any pots and pans. Cabinet doors in the kitchen were broken or missing. When we called guest services nobody ever showed up. Tried them again this year. We ended up having to cancel due to a death in the family and lost our entire deposit of almost $2000. This is a horrible place to get a cabin. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We rented cabin "Remember WhenRemember When Cabin We rented cabin "Remember When, " because of the race car simulators . One didnt work, big upset. Cabin had ants. HBO channel didnt work. But staff sent exterminator. They also offered discounts for returning. We shall return again for 5th year. Love it. Thank you
