GBPlease Reconsider Laundry Requirement at checkout. We have really enjoyed our stays at the the Blu Pacific Resorts. My only concern, is the requirement to do the laundry before leaving on check out. Not only does it seem it should be covered in the “cleaning fee” for every registration, but because of the this requirement our towels smelled and I had to rewash them before using them at arrival. Please reconsider this rule, Blu Pacific Reaorts. Thank you.

GBWe had an amazing view at the condo and… We had an amazing view at the condo and saw lots of whales however, it was extremely uncomfortable to sit in the living area as the furniture smelled so bad like old body odor. We even tried put blankets over the furniture to mask the smell without any luck. The bedrooms on the most part were nice however, very dusty. I was told that they don't always clean in between stays which seems very odd to me as they charge a cleaning fee to every guest so they should clean it after every guest. We had to have them come clean the floors, and dust. I wouldn't say the people at Blue Pacific are very patient. But again I will say that the view is spectacular!!

GBNeeds some updating. Some units are starting to look their age. Small problems such as loose toilet seat, missing light bulbs etc. Nothing major. Will probably keep coming back as I love the location and the views from the balconies.

GBDo NOT rent from Blue Pacific-we were… Do NOT rent from Blue Pacific-we were 20 year customers, but the poor customer service and poor business practices July 2022 have ensured we will NEVER do business with them again. We were provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper/1roll of paper towels and 3 garbage bags for 5 people in a 3 bedroom rental (Reflections of the Sea at the Village at North Pointe in Depoe Bay) for 6 nights. When we requested more garbage bags to comply with their check out policy, we were told that we should buy them-seriously? They also change prices at a whim and gauge people when they can get away with it. We will use a different company next and plan on filing a BBB complaint.
