GBBlue Pacific was fine to work with and… Blue Pacific was fine to work with and have no complaints. However, knowing how exceptionally clean they required the unit to be left upon our departure, we were a bit disappointed about the few things WE desired to clean, (and did) as we also are very fussy about the cleanliness in our lives. I did take pictures of the cobwebs holding dead spiders and little other critters along with pictures of my adult daughter scrubbing the stove burners and also the pullout area in front of the kitchen sink that holds small items. And, we were a bit grossed out at the closet door runner areas, all dirty and rusted. A home like that should not appear that way for anyone's sake, especially when we do pay good money for our stay. Other than that, the experience quite pleasant for all 6 of us senior citizens.

GBConsidering we stayed a year ago... Considering we stayed a year ago, left early due to the lack of cleanliness of the condo and called and complained about it and the customer service person I spoke to didn’t seem to care or even try and make it right, and are just now being asked to rate our stay I’ve decided to give a 1 Star because the experience was so disappointing. We have been staying at these condos for years and we’re treated so poorly and because of this we have decided to stay elsewhere for the 1st time. This is unfortunate as we had always had such a great time here.

GBWe have had nothing but great… We have had nothing but great experiences at all the Blue Pacific Properties. They deliver what they say and are responsive to any questions. Keep up the good work

GBWe had an amazing view at the condo and… We had an amazing view at the condo and saw lots of whales however, it was extremely uncomfortable to sit in the living area as the furniture smelled so bad like old body odor. We even tried put blankets over the furniture to mask the smell without any luck. The bedrooms on the most part were nice however, very dusty. I was told that they don't always clean in between stays which seems very odd to me as they charge a cleaning fee to every guest so they should clean it after every guest. We had to have them come clean the floors, and dust. I wouldn't say the people at Blue Pacific are very patient. But again I will say that the view is spectacular!!

GBSTOP-TURN AROUND-AND FIND A DIFFERENT… STOP-TURN AROUND-AND FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO RENT FROM!!!! Blue Pacific is a greedy company that has taken advantage of several different families during the Covid-19 crisis. They lined their pockets with our rental funds after we had to cancel due to some high-risk family members. We paid over $10k for a week in Sunriver, Oregon in a large Blue Pacific owned home. We had hoped to simply move our reservation to 2021, but they refused and gave us 3 days to choose from other bad options that only benefited them. Keep in mind, this was several months prior to our booked week in Sunriver, Oregon. In the end we had no choice but to settle for a 50% refund meaning Blue Pacific kept the other $5k. To make things worse, they did rent the house out that same week. Any decent company would have come clean and said, "Hey, we are whole so here's your refund. We'd love to have you back next year." How hard is that? That is exactly what every other property rental company did in SR. We checked. We have rented from Blue Pacific several times over the years and even encouraged others we know to consider their homes. That will never happen again, and we will share our negative experience with as many people as possible. Our large family has been visiting Sunriver every summer for over 30 years. This company has used this crisis to take advantage of us and others. Shame on you! You owe our family $5,000 that we will never see. As they say, one bad review is worth 5 good ones. Well, get ready for some bad reviews. You've more than earned them!
