Received 7 day booking confirmation from Unsold.com... Called Aliz Hotel yesterday August 16 2021 and was told reservation was cancelled. Who is involved in this Fraud? Clearly Unsold.com ... Is Aliz Hotel involved also? What is going on? Site is Down, Went OUT of business.

This company is a scam This company is a scam. They had good reviews when I purchased my trip to the Maldives in 2020. In 2021 they cut and ran and took everyone's money. They say on their website "we have refunded most peoples money" which is absolutely not true if you look at any of the current reviews. Liars, Scammers and Thieves.

Still waiting to be refunded 2 years after. Since 1st Mars 2021 I've made a booking that has not been refunded til today. Since the company through their closed website announced they will refunded everyone, I'm still waiting to be refunded 02 years after. Everytime I'm going to check with my email, I receive the same message. Refund is still in process. After 2 years ??? Please don't play with my money, refund my 1,528 AED. I need it.

When I went to look at booking dates I discovered your no longer operational, with no email explanation. I followed the link requesting my refund in October, 2021 Still no confirmation. It says it will be refunded in 90 days. NOT TRUE!! It is now one year and still no refund. I am writing to express my unhappiness and request this be address immediately.
