They have totally scammed us out of… They have totally scammed us out of money & Expedia is all part of it. Our hotel booking was made before them going under & it was prepaid by Expedia even though booked through unsold. Another company Restel Travel is involved. I spoke with Expedia & they assured me reservation was non refundable & could not be cancelled & then the next day they cancelled it with excuse covid restrictions. Very little help through expedia. They are culpable as well.

complete scam We booked (purchased) our trip more than a year ago from unsold.com thanks to a pop-up ad from an app, then started confirming our vacation hotel booking in Banff and was notified by unsold that the hotel was booked, then we found their website "under maintenance" for more than 3 days, which is quite abnormal. This eventually sound the alarm and I phoned the hotel we booked only to find out the unsold cancelled the booking just a few days ago, without contacting us at all. This is high street robbery and does anybody know how to get hold of these bustards?

Definitely it is a scam website Definitely it is a scam website. I called the hotel which I booked by Unsold. The hotel told me Unsold booked it before but cancelled my reservation on October without sending me any email or message. And the hotel also told me Unsold didn't pay for them any money. The hotel is waiting for clients paying for the money which never low like Unsold advertised. I should choose Jetstar or other reliable agencies. It is a big lesson that never trust any advertisement which using lower price to attract you.
