Scammed by unsold - but recovered via card provider Although unsold was a scam that ripped me of 2 prepaid trips and bankrupted days before my planned stay - beforehand not even offering available places on 1st week of August 2021, so definitely planned - I am grateful to VISA - my credit card provider. I made a complaint there and in my November statement I can see the paid amounts recovered. Well done, VISA. I encourage all clients scammed by unsold.com to complain with their credit card company.

Still waiting to be refunded 2 years after. Since 1st Mars 2021 I've made a booking that has not been refunded til today. Since the company through their closed website announced they will refunded everyone, I'm still waiting to be refunded 02 years after. Everytime I'm going to check with my email, I receive the same message. Refund is still in process. After 2 years ??? Please don't play with my money, refund my 1,528 AED. I need it.

Never received and email from… Never received and email from Unsold.com, went to book trip to Charleston, SC to find ccompany has been forced to cease operations. Filled out refund form on Jan 9, 2022 on site page. Have never heard from anyone. Called VIP Booking a couple times and they claim they are not affilated with Unsold.com. To make matters worse credit card dispute denied due to lapse time. Why would I contact credit card company when we were planning on taking trip in given time allowance. Big disappointment and doubt we will every see a refund.

Anyone who managed to get their money… Anyone who managed to get their money back recently? I just found out about it going into administration, so frustrated they haven't informed anyone. It's been over a year for me since I booked a hotel deal via unsold.com I already filled out the form but haven't received anything back in response, not even an email confirming my form submission. Just wondering if anyone had any luck recently or is it best to just forget about it and move on?
