Dirty Even if everything worked properly you would still get a bad review because of how dirty the cabin was when we got there despite the 'cleaning fee' you got paid.

Keaton's Firefly Meadow, Pidgeon Forge We stayed at Keaton's Firefly Meadow. Would not recommend. They will try to scam you after you leave and try to say you made damages to furniture and fixtures that you did not do and just charge your credit card a random $2,000 with no explanation. We called to find out what the charge was for and were told we broke the couch, two tables and screen doors. The only thing we actually did was sit on a porch swing that fell because it was hung poorly.

Not Impressed We have only been here for a few hours so far but we are disappointed. The cabin sleeps 6 by opening the sofa. However, there are no extra pillows for sleeping. Nor are there towels enough for 6. We have 4 towels, period. We have stayed many places like this and were always provided with things like salt and pepper, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid, etc. Not here. Not my idea of a great start to our vacation.

Nightmare of dirt After we got there, we found the cabin not cleaned, dirty bed linens, dirty bath towels, towels all over the floor, bathroom was uncleaned. When we called the management, Josh, was unapologetic, rude, claimed they had 24 hours to fix the problem per the rental agreement. I reviewed the contract, that was a lie, when I told him that, he became increasingly rude. We waited over 3 hours for the cleaning crew, horrible service all the way around. Will never stay here again.

Five little bears cabin in gatlinburg… Five little bears cabin in gatlinburg tennessee. Awful experience. Cabin need renovations interior and exterior. Furniture outdated, stained and dirty. TV cable didn't work. Bed comforters stained. Bathroom rugs stained,gray-black. 2 games in game room and they were outdated.. This was my first and last cabin rental. Definitely not worth all the money I paid.
