GBI would never ever again book a cabin … I would never ever again book a cabin with them! Last year we booked a cabin with them. They sold the cabin with the intention of placing is in another cabin. Fortunately our relatives got there a day early, went to the address of the cabin we rented and met the new owners eating breakfast! They told us the house was sold a year ago!!! Well we confronted colonial properties and they called the police on us to be removed from their office! The police suggested we file a report and it would be filed with BBB. Which we did. But you are taking a risk with your money and your accommodations when you book with them. There are plenty of other very nice legitimate renal companies in the area. I suggest using one of them!!

GBLIES LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES! I rented a cabin in January 2022, for our trip in June 2022. When speaking with Rhonda, I asked that if we needed to cancel, what would the charge be? She said it would be what I paid for the insurance $424.77 and an $80 processing fee, that would be all. Unfortunately because of medical reasons, we had to cancel and a lot more money was deducted!! Mind you, we are in Feb 2022 and the reservation was not until June 2022!! DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!

GBNot even worth the 1 star it made me… Not even worth the 1 star it made me click! This is by far the worst management I’ve ever experienced! We rented a cabin, paid over $2,000 up front & half of our family is now sick with covid & they said they didn’t offer any thing based on covid. EXCUSE ME- we are in a whole new world now days & it isn’t just something you can predict! They didn’t offer to refund any monies or partial / or a credit for another time / stay. We would have gladly accept another offer to stay, a credit or even half back. But they literally just cancelled out reservation!

GBThey left us stranded in 19 degree weather They left us stranded! After driving 8 hours and arriving at check in time we were told our cabin was “unavailable”. Speaking to Josh I asked what were we supposed to do. He responded not his problem. He was rude, belligerent and offered no options for us. It was 19degrees outside we had our small dogs and no place to stay for our week long vacation. Day after Christmas nothing available. After more than two hours we found a hotel an hour from Pigeon Forge. I have never experienced such rudeness and lack of customer care. If the owners of the cabin (assuming there really was a cabin) knew how they treated guests they would move their business! Don’t trust these people! They take your money early in the process and leave you stranded with no accommodations.

GBKeaton's Firefly Meadow, Pidgeon Forge We stayed at Keaton's Firefly Meadow. Would not recommend. They will try to scam you after you leave and try to say you made damages to furniture and fixtures that you did not do and just charge your credit card a random $2,000 with no explanation. We called to find out what the charge was for and were told we broke the couch, two tables and screen doors. The only thing we actually did was sit on a porch swing that fell because it was hung poorly.
