Husband spoke to josh who seemed profesional said we would get a call back a week passed so we had to call back only to be told nothing could be done we weren't expecting a full refund just the night we didn't stay. They said they found nothing when clear picture proves we found bugs. Blood stain on old pull out sofa bed. Nails sticking out on top step leading to basement,stained pillow cases,a bed supported by plastic understorage tote, old beds,outdated electric stove that one takes forever to get hot. needs a lot of work. steps leading to door dangerous.

Ok place but not what we expected Ok place but not what we expected, signs and policies about paying for damaged property and already having multiple damages when we arrived (towel racks,drawers,hot tub cover,holes in walls).Also sleeper sofa even my kids couldn't sleep on.Place would be nice if given a little tlc .

AWFUL AWFUL! Warning do not ever rent from this company. I can not express this enough. I booked a Gatlinburg cabin them on vrbo and had to cancel the next day. within 24 hrs and they will not refund me my money. They did rent the cabin out to another guest and did not lose any money due to my cancellation. They pocketed my money and the manager Amanda refuses to give me money back. Go somewhere else!!!

GO ELSEWHERE We rented blissful wonderland in Gatlinburg. It was an awful experience. The cabin was run down, dirty and in desperate need of a cleaning. When we had a leaking pipe and called the emergency line no one came. Then we noticed as the week went on the sewage system began to smell any time water was used. Sewage smell over took the entire cabin and we were trapped with no help from the rental company. Would never rent from them again.

Dirty Even if everything worked properly you would still get a bad review because of how dirty the cabin was when we got there despite the 'cleaning fee' you got paid.
