Husband spoke to josh who seemed profesional said we would get a call back a week passed so we had to call back only to be told nothing could be done we weren't expecting a full refund just the night we didn't stay. They said they found nothing when clear picture proves we found bugs. Blood stain on old pull out sofa bed. Nails sticking out on top step leading to basement,stained pillow cases,a bed supported by plastic understorage tote, old beds,outdated electric stove that one takes forever to get hot. needs a lot of work. steps leading to door dangerous.

GBFive little bears cabin in gatlinburg… Five little bears cabin in gatlinburg tennessee. Awful experience. Cabin need renovations interior and exterior. Furniture outdated, stained and dirty. TV cable didn't work. Bed comforters stained. Bathroom rugs stained,gray-black. 2 games in game room and they were outdated.. This was my first and last cabin rental. Definitely not worth all the money I paid.

GBAWFUL AWFUL! Warning do not ever rent from this company. I can not express this enough. I booked a Gatlinburg cabin them on vrbo and had to cancel the next day. within 24 hrs and they will not refund me my money. They did rent the cabin out to another guest and did not lose any money due to my cancellation. They pocketed my money and the manager Amanda refuses to give me money back. Go somewhere else!!!

GBLIES LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES! I rented a cabin in January 2022, for our trip in June 2022. When speaking with Rhonda, I asked that if we needed to cancel, what would the charge be? She said it would be what I paid for the insurance $424.77 and an $80 processing fee, that would be all. Unfortunately because of medical reasons, we had to cancel and a lot more money was deducted!! Mind you, we are in Feb 2022 and the reservation was not until June 2022!! DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!

GBDirty Even if everything worked properly you would still get a bad review because of how dirty the cabin was when we got there despite the 'cleaning fee' you got paid.
