Nails sticking out on top step leading to basement,stained pillow cases,a bed supported by plastic understorage tote, old beds,outdated electric stove that one takes forever to get hot. needs a lot of work. steps leading to door dangerous.

Keaton's Firefly Meadow, Pidgeon Forge We stayed at Keaton's Firefly Meadow. Would not recommend. They will try to scam you after you leave and try to say you made damages to furniture and fixtures that you did not do and just charge your credit card a random $2,000 with no explanation. We called to find out what the charge was for and were told we broke the couch, two tables and screen doors. The only thing we actually did was sit on a porch swing that fell because it was hung poorly.

Nightmare of dirt After we got there, we found the cabin not cleaned, dirty bed linens, dirty bath towels, towels all over the floor, bathroom was uncleaned. When we called the management, Josh, was unapologetic, rude, claimed they had 24 hours to fix the problem per the rental agreement. I reviewed the contract, that was a lie, when I told him that, he became increasingly rude. We waited over 3 hours for the cleaning crew, horrible service all the way around. Will never stay here again.

We were so excited when looking at the photos and looking forward to our weeks vacation Unfortunately, the pictures are a lot better than the reality. The place is run down. The place was not clean. We had to wash dishes that were in the cabinets supposedly clean. Doors on the kitchen cabinets were ready to fall off. In the bedroom, one of our towels had a crusty stain or had not been washed. There was mold on the bathroom floor. Inside the bathroom cabinet there was drier toothpaste or shaving cream. My nephew found a used bloody bandage stuck to the underside of his blanket. I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company to rent from.

Dont stay with these people...their… Dont stay with these people...their cabins are disgusting, dirty, the sewage is backing up, nothing has been swept, cobs webs everywhere. (Their website is definitely fraudulent...places look nothing like the advertising).We had to be moved due to the back up of sewage gases into the cabin. They moved us into town in a condo with no amenities and still wanted us to pay the cabin prices and a cleaning fee and it hasn't been cleaned in months...we only slept there from midnight almost 1 am until 8 am...and all 4 people had to shower in one bathroom....we never used any other amenities. Terrible service, terrible customer service to expect people to pay over $550 out of the $700 we paid for a private cabin, with hot tub, fire pit etc..for basically a hotel room with a kitchen and no other amenities..... worst service ever out of the 15 yrs we've been going to pigeon forge. Please save your money!!!
