GBGO ELSEWHERE We rented blissful wonderland in Gatlinburg. It was an awful experience. The cabin was run down, dirty and in desperate need of a cleaning. When we had a leaking pipe and called the emergency line no one came. Then we noticed as the week went on the sewage system began to smell any time water was used. Sewage smell over took the entire cabin and we were trapped with no help from the rental company. Would never rent from them again.

GBNot Impressed We have only been here for a few hours so far but we are disappointed. The cabin sleeps 6 by opening the sofa. However, there are no extra pillows for sleeping. Nor are there towels enough for 6. We have 4 towels, period. We have stayed many places like this and were always provided with things like salt and pepper, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid, etc. Not here. Not my idea of a great start to our vacation.

GBThey left us stranded in 19 degree weather They left us stranded! After driving 8 hours and arriving at check in time we were told our cabin was “unavailable”. Speaking to Josh I asked what were we supposed to do. He responded not his problem. He was rude, belligerent and offered no options for us. It was 19degrees outside we had our small dogs and no place to stay for our week long vacation. Day after Christmas nothing available. After more than two hours we found a hotel an hour from Pigeon Forge. I have never experienced such rudeness and lack of customer care. If the owners of the cabin (assuming there really was a cabin) knew how they treated guests they would move their business! Don’t trust these people! They take your money early in the process and leave you stranded with no accommodations.

GBDON'T DO IT! PLEASE FOLKS- Do yourself a favor and look at recent reviews on here as well as BBB. Manager Josh thinks he is the bomb diggity and its apparent in everyone else's claims. Poor management. Mouse feces throughout the kitchen (drawers, cabinets, everywhere) and on two of the beds. Linens were not properly cleaned (stains on comforter and shams). Smoke detectors not working properly. Sofa sleeper broken and unable to use. ZERO attempts to make this right. No housekeeper, no partial refund, no apology.

GBDo NOT rent with this company We stayed in Keatons streams and dreams. It was a nightmare. Black mold and sewer smells after use of water and toilets. Very cold-the bottom part of house shouldn’t be considered part of the cabin at all. Management doesn’t answer your calls but still charges for a terrible experience. Dead bugs everywhere, heater sparked when turning it on, bathroom floor rotten, the support beam doesn’t touch the ground…the list goes on.
