Keaton's Firefly Meadow, Pidgeon Forge We stayed at Keaton's Firefly Meadow. Would not recommend. They will try to scam you after you leave and try to say you made damages to furniture and fixtures that you did not do and just charge your credit card a random $2,000 with no explanation. We called to find out what the charge was for and were told we broke the couch, two tables and screen doors. The only thing we actually did was sit on a porch swing that fell because it was hung poorly.

GO ELSEWHERE We rented blissful wonderland in Gatlinburg. It was an awful experience. The cabin was run down, dirty and in desperate need of a cleaning. When we had a leaking pipe and called the emergency line no one came. Then we noticed as the week went on the sewage system began to smell any time water was used. Sewage smell over took the entire cabin and we were trapped with no help from the rental company. Would never rent from them again.

Ok place but not what we expected Ok place but not what we expected, signs and policies about paying for damaged property and already having multiple damages when we arrived (towel racks,drawers,hot tub cover,holes in walls).Also sleeper sofa even my kids couldn't sleep on.Place would be nice if given a little tlc .

LIES LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES! I rented a cabin in January 2022, for our trip in June 2022. When speaking with Rhonda, I asked that if we needed to cancel, what would the charge be? She said it would be what I paid for the insurance $424.77 and an $80 processing fee, that would be all. Unfortunately because of medical reasons, we had to cancel and a lot more money was deducted!! Mind you, we are in Feb 2022 and the reservation was not until June 2022!! DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!

Five little bears cabin in gatlinburg… Five little bears cabin in gatlinburg tennessee. Awful experience. Cabin need renovations interior and exterior. Furniture outdated, stained and dirty. TV cable didn't work. Bed comforters stained. Bathroom rugs stained,gray-black. 2 games in game room and they were outdated.. This was my first and last cabin rental. Definitely not worth all the money I paid.
