Cancelled Flight - Ticket Reissued I was alerted to a schedule change but it was actually a cancellation of a flight. I'm surprised no one tried to automatically rebook a flight. When I noticed a leg of the flight had been cancelled, I immediately called United Airlines who found an alternate & actually much better return flight. They transferred me to ASAP. Customer Service was excellent! I was told another department would call me back. They did within the hour! Very impressive! They resolved the problem and reissued my ticket within minutes! Thank you!

I waited one day before calling agent who was very professional and did a great job and honored the price quote which was fair but not as low as advertised.
