GBCancelled Flight - Ticket Reissued I was alerted to a schedule change but it was actually a cancellation of a flight. I'm surprised no one tried to automatically rebook a flight. When I noticed a leg of the flight had been cancelled, I immediately called United Airlines who found an alternate & actually much better return flight. They transferred me to ASAP. Customer Service was excellent! I was told another department would call me back. They did within the hour! Very impressive! They resolved the problem and reissued my ticket within minutes! Thank you!

GBI entered info and immediately received… I entered info and immediately received an email with full itinerary and price quote. I waited one day before calling agent who was very professional and did a great job and honored the price quote which was fair but not as low as advertised. I did book my reservation to Paris with my sweet agent, Cataleya.
