Christensen who was my agent did an Amazingly Outstanding job in getting everything together for me. He was patient when I was insisting on a rate I thought was the bottom line rate to find out there were additional fees like he had mentioned to me. Cancelled Flight - Ticket Reissued I was alerted to a schedule change but it was actually a cancellation of a flight. I'm surprised no one tried to automatically rebook a flight. When I noticed a leg of the flight had been cancelled, I immediately called United Airlines who found an alternate & actually much better return flight. They transferred me to ASAP. Customer Service was excellent! I was told another department would call me back. They did within the hour! Very impressive! They resolved the problem and reissued my ticket within minutes! Thank you!
