Very efficient Very efficient, very clear instructions, meticulous ff-up in booking our flights which involved a large group with slight differences in itineraries. Almost immediate responses to text messqages. Kim followed thru all the way til past 8 pm until our tickets were issued. Left us her contact number too for any questions. Very very highly recommended!!! And price was slightly better than what I saw online at airlines' sites.
