GBJasper is by far the best customer service representative I’ve ever spoken to I had a very complicated scheduling issue with a co-issued flight with United and ANA. Jasper went above and beyond and helped explain the issue to me and helped me coordinate a chat with United to get the issue fixed. He was very patient and kind and knowledgeable about the process. I am so grateful for his expertise and helping me resolve this issue so that I can have this very special trip with my family to Thailand.
