GBPatrick saved the day… I made a very regretful online puchase on my credit card and immediately called my bank to warn them it was a mistake but they could not help me. Patrick Williams in customer service recognized my panic as it was a large amount. After a long talk, he was able to remove the transaction and it no longer shows on my account. GBI was very very silly and booked my… I was very very silly and booked my flights for the wrong departure city - and noticed less than 48 hours before takeoff. Jasper answered my call and was not only helpful but very understanding of my situation. He helped me to cancel the mistake flights and book new ones (through a different airline that I would not otherwise used) and ended up saving me anywhere from $400-$1000. I am very thankful for jasper!! He took the time to listen to my predicament and walk me through the options I had. I feel very dumb for making the mistake I did, but Jasper did his best to help me fix it! (And he was very nice!)
