USPatrick saved the day… I made a very regretful online puchase on my credit card and immediately called my bank to warn them it was a mistake but they could not help me. Patrick Williams in customer service recognized my panic as it was a large amount. After a long talk, he was able to remove the transaction and it no longer shows on my account. I am finally able to exhale. Thank you, Patrick.

USJasper is by far the best customer service representative I’ve ever spoken to I had a very complicated scheduling issue with a co-issued flight with United and ANA. Jasper went above and beyond and helped explain the issue to me and helped me coordinate a chat with United to get the issue fixed. He was very patient and kind and knowledgeable about the process. I am so grateful for his expertise and helping me resolve this issue so that I can have this very special trip with my family to Thailand. Jasper truly cares about the customer and his dedication is truly remarkable. I am so grateful for all of his help.
