Great customer service Great customer service! We just booked again through SnowPak. Prices are better than booking directly through the resort, and it's convenient to have the lift passes added as part of the package. One change...the customer service rep mentioned we wouldn't need reservations for the restaurants in the Village. You definitely do or you will be waiting about an hour.

Make your ski vacation EASY!!!!! SnowPak is like the Amazon and Apple of ski vacations; they make everything easy! I love that they offer everything for my ski trips (except air travel). Having everything packaged together makes planning so convenient. If I have changes, their staff is always more than willing to help work things out. I have recommended SnowPak to many collegues.

First time skiing + First time in Whistler As first-time skiers, SnowPak's package allowed us peace of mind prior and during our trip because we had zero knowledge about what was needed to ski. It was also our first time to my partner and I in Whistler. The whole booking process was very convenient and we had an amazing experience during our 3-day trip. Easy booking and excellent service Snowpark makes vacation booking a breeze. In a few clicks you books everything at once ie trabsfers, lifts and hotels. The hotel selection is the one you get on TripAdvisor with the actual ratings avoiding the back and forth between websites. Finally you actually have a human interaction with someone who calls you and checks everything with you. Perfect!
