Absolute best way to book a ski trip SnowPak made it super easy from even before the reservation was confirmed. They have an excellent support team ready to answer quickly. On the trip everything went smoothly. They called a few days before to confirm everything with us and sent us our confirmation numbers for shuttle, hotel, rentals, and lift tickets. I would 100% book with them again and recommend them to everyone.

Great chat support The property that I interested in mentioned that on-site parking was limited. So I used the chat feature and ask a question about parking. The respondent did not know the answer. So she contact the property directly and got and answer. - I went back and booked the condo unit. - online booking was pretty simple - the itinerary/confirmation email provided all the information that I need to make my check in process run smooth.

Chateau Jasper the Resort ( Chateau Jasper) was excellent and the personal were helpful and courteous when I asked questions and needed coffee maker changed as was broken. the indoor parking was a pleasant surprise and was nice not having to clean snow off of the car. First time skiing + First time in Whistler As first-time skiers, SnowPak's package allowed us peace of mind prior and during our trip because we had zero knowledge about what was needed to ski.
