The hotel selection is the one you get on TripAdvisor with the actual ratings avoiding the back and forth between websites. Finally you actually have a human interaction with someone who calls you and checks everything with you. Perfect!

Prices are better than booking directly through the resort, and it's convenient to have the lift passes added as part of the package. One change...the customer service rep mentioned we wouldn't need reservations for the restaurants in the Village. You definitely do or you will be waiting about an hour.
