First time skiing + First time in Whistler As first-time skiers, SnowPak's package allowed us peace of mind prior and during our trip because we had zero knowledge about what was needed to ski. It was also our first time to my partner and I in Whistler. The whole booking process was very convenient and we had an amazing experience during our 3-day trip. The lodge we rented was also fabulous! We noticed later on that we made some great savings by booking in advance. We booked in September for our trip in January.

First family ski trip This was our family's first ski trip, and SnowPak handled all of the unknowns for us. Without major research, we would not have known what passes to get or how to set them up, which equipment rental company to go with, setting up transportation to/from the airport, etc. From the time that our flight landed to the time that we left, we felt like the vacation was handled and we didn't need to worry about anything unexpected. Even knowing what we know now, we would use them again in the future.

Great customer service Great customer service! We just booked again through SnowPak. Prices are better than booking directly through the resort, and it's convenient to have the lift passes added as part of the package. One change...the customer service rep mentioned we wouldn't need reservations for the restaurants in the Village. You definitely do or you will be waiting about an hour.

Chateau Jasper the Resort ( Chateau Jasper) was excellent and the personal were helpful and courteous when I asked questions and needed coffee maker changed as was broken. the indoor parking was a pleasant surprise and was nice not having to clean snow off of the car. Thank you Sno Pack I will use your services again when planning another trip.
