Italy Vacation We used Key Tours on our recent vacation to Italy. I worked directly with Esin Soydemir. She was extremely responsive to all our needs. The itinerary she planned, from the transportation (including private car arrangements) to the hotel to the excursions were well thought out. Great hotels and awesome locations. Convenience of planning our trip saved us a lot of hassle. We had an issue with one of our excursions and working with Esin, she even managed to get us a refund. Will definitely be contacting her for future travel!

She helped my sisters and I give our 86 year old mother her dream vacation of seeing so many wonderful sites in our two weeks we were over there. We had a last minute tour cancellation which she handled with ease and got us another tour guide to see the most coveted Mont St. Michel.
