Tuba at Keytours did an awesome job… Tuba at Keytours did an awesome job with hotel selection and then on 28Aug23 the UK air traffic system went down and she scrambled at the last minute to help us determine what we could do for the clients. It was a great first experience for us It was a great first experience for us, never having been to Italy before. The connections were all On time and easy to find from where we were staying. The hotels were lovely, and the staff at the hotels were very very good. The included breakfast were such a treat. Good local food and coffee. The tours suggested for each region of Italy, worked out really well. We re-learned a lot. And. our tour guides were delightful. All knowledgeable And had a funny sense of humor . Andreas L. Did all this planning for us once we decided where we wanted to go. He was always responsive quickly, which was very helpful. Thank you for the work you did, we enjoyed the trip immensely.

Family trip to Spain & Portugal First time we used Keytours. Very impressed. Brooke Henthorn was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was also quick to follow up with us when anything changed in our planned itinerary before we left. We had absolutely no problems the whole trip. The hotels were in great locations, all the drivers were on time, the train was wonderful, and the tours booked were great.

Keytours always delivers! This is the third time we've used Keytours to help plan our vacations. They welcome our involvement and we trust that their recommendations are right for us - from planning the itinerary, selecting hotels, organizing transportation - they've got it down! We've learned over the years that hotels can make or break a trip. Keytours has always selected nice hotels in perfect locations out of the way of the crowds and noise but close to attractions. And our budget does not afford luxury brands! This year they recommended leasing a car vs. renting for 5 weeks which offered some savings to us with better insurance coverage. It also gave us more flexibility in the countries we visited. We feel like they have our backs! We'll be back next year!
