The hotels were lovely, and the staff at the hotels were very very good. The included breakfast were such a treat. Good local food and coffee. Keytours always delivers! This is the third time we've used Keytours to help plan our vacations. They welcome our involvement and we trust that their recommendations are right for us - from planning the itinerary, selecting hotels, organizing transportation - they've got it down! We've learned over the years that hotels can make or break a trip. Keytours has always selected nice hotels in perfect locations out of the way of the crowds and noise but close to attractions. And our budget does not afford luxury brands! This year they recommended leasing a car vs. renting for 5 weeks which offered some savings to us with better insurance coverage. It also gave us more flexibility in the countries we visited. We feel like they have our backs! We'll be back next year!
