The hotels were not just centrally located, but were located near the activities planned for our trip. They were excellent at handling the details of our trip from our requested itinerary to the plentiful meals. Our trip leader was excellent - passionate, joyful, knowledgable and worked well with the students and chaperones. Passports even includes tips in the pricing so that our students don't have to worry about paying for service on the tour. We have travelled with other companies in the past but were most impressed with Passports. We could not have been happier and will travel with Passports again!

France Trip Review While I was staying in Paris with my host family, I had the most amazing time and everything was beyond great. However, once we got to Nice, our hotel did not have a fridge, so the food that I had brought with me from Paris went bad, which was a huge inconvenience for me and caused me to spend the money I had saved for other things on rebuying the food that went bad. Other than this, the trip was very well planned.

Passports is in a class all their own. Passports is the best! If you're looking for student or group travel options I cannot recommend any other company than Passports. The tours, guides, and staff are first class. As someone who has taken multiple tours with Passports, I continue to be amazed at how they craft one-of-a-kind experiences for our groups. Their dedication and commitment to excellence are second to none.

Excellent experience besides a couple of disappointments The organization before the trip was great! A couple improvements would be to explain early on to tour leaders that it is extremely hard to get tickets to make it to the top of the Eiffel Tower and to let them know that tipping is not included. I found that out a little late and felt uncomfortable asking parents for more money, which let to our guide not being tipped as well as she should have. Our guides on the first day and the south of France portion of our trip were excellent. The food was great and the hotels well located in the center of town. However, the guide during our 2-day visit of Paris was not good at all and the homestay could have been better. Some students had families who went the extra mile to take care of them and show them a good time and others had families who did the bare minimum, which was disappointing for them and me.

Passports was a great experience! Passports took care of my students and really cared about how our experience went while abroad. For many of my students, this will be a once in a lifetime opportunity and Passports helped it be an amazing experience. When our flights were canceled and the airline refused to help us, Passports stepped in and helped us come up with a solution quickly. The tour director, Nathy, was knowledgeable and took care of everything. The local tour guides made learning about the monuments and history interesting for my students.
