Excellent experience besides a couple of disappointments The organization before the trip was great! A couple improvements would be to explain early on to tour leaders that it is extremely hard to get tickets to make it to the top of the Eiffel Tower and to let them know that tipping is not included. I found that out a little late and felt uncomfortable asking parents for more money, which let to our guide not being tipped as well as she should have. Our guides on the first day and the south of France portion of our trip were excellent. The food was great and the hotels well located in the center of town. However, the guide during our 2-day visit of Paris was not good at all and the homestay could have been better. Some students had families who went the extra mile to take care of them and show them a good time and others had families who did the bare minimum, which was disappointing for them and me.

Passports Teacher Convention I found the workshop especially enlightening. I've been traveling with Passports since 2009 and while I knew it was special, hearing your company's mantra and goals solidified why I will stay with you all. "Maintaining our humanity and being a force for good in the world", very much aligns with how I want to live my life. Thank you for putting out good energy into the world.

Passports is incredible! Passports is incredible!! We had such a smooth travel experience from pre-departure to return. Katy and Dale made it so easy to plan and get the trip off the group, our on-site tour director, Alison, was a HUGE hit with both kids and chaperones. The food and accommodations was awesome, and even when our train to Paris was cancelled due to the train strikes, Passports jumped in to solve the problem and still got us to Paris that day. I went on a tour with Passports 9 years ago as a high school student, and it was just as much fun going as a group leader with my own students. Cannot wait to travel with them again!!

Passports was a great experience! Passports took care of my students and really cared about how our experience went while abroad. For many of my students, this will be a once in a lifetime opportunity and Passports helped it be an amazing experience. When our flights were canceled and the airline refused to help us, Passports stepped in and helped us come up with a solution quickly. The tour director, Nathy, was knowledgeable and took care of everything. The local tour guides made learning about the monuments and history interesting for my students.

Their mantra: "Profit by making customers happy" Excellent everything, would recommend them again! I started planning next year's trip for my students before my current trip had even ended: - Centrally located and quality hotels - Excellent, culturally relevant meals - Well organized itinerary with out any hitches - Enthusiastic tour leaders (I've requested to have our same one for next year's trip, Marc Alia) - Friendly staff and very communicable Passports seems to operate under the oft forgotten mantra of "Profit by making customers happy". I would take a group of 30 travelers to Europe with them ANY time!
