GBfix your mess This is the worse customer service i ever received, this would be my first time and my last time to work with you, you and your supervisor's behavior has been unprofessional, the way you treating the new customer is worse. you wasted my time and cost me money now i just lose my job so thank you to you, i will never and ever buy any ticket from this company. the agent act sweet and polite while you he was selling me a ticket and made a mistake on the returning date on my ticket that cost me a lots money . The agents will be available to sell you a ticket but will be busy to correct they mistake, i asked to change the date that they agents made a mistake but he refused.

GBMcanzy has lot of patience Mcanzy has lot of patience. He tried very hard to get us a good deal when changing the flights due to my ill health. But I am very dissatisfied with skylux for not persuading British airways to give us the credit instead of paying more & more to fix new itenery. Looks like other airlines accommodate travelers to get the credit to use for future when things look stable to purchase new ticket. Thank you so much if you can reply me regarding my issue. Thx.
