GBOutstanding Service by Connor G. We used Skylux for the first time and had a tremendous experience! Connor G. was phenomenally patient and detail-oriented with multiple tips throughout the whole process. We booked our trip to India from Boston on Qatar and got better deals than the airline was giving us online on their website. Connor patiently helped with our bookings and even got us assigned seats and had our trip change fees waived. For our return leg we ended having to make date changes and again Connor patiently helped us navigate that process and helped secure our flight changes promptly. He even followed up after our return flights were completed to check and get feedback from us! All in all we had a very nice experience and received top-notch service all throughout our travel.

GBfix your mess This is the worse customer service i ever received, this would be my first time and my last time to work with you, you and your supervisor's behavior has been unprofessional, the way you treating the new customer is worse. you wasted my time and cost me money now i just lose my job so thank you to you, i will never and ever buy any ticket from this company. the agent act sweet and polite while you he was selling me a ticket and made a mistake on the returning date on my ticket that cost me a lots money . The agents will be available to sell you a ticket but will be busy to correct they mistake, i asked to change the date that they agents made a mistake but he refused.
