Connor G. was phenomenally patient and detail-oriented with multiple tips throughout the whole process. We booked our trip to India from Boston on Qatar and got better deals than the airline was giving us online on their website. Connor patiently helped with our bookings and even got us assigned seats and had our trip change fees waived. For our return leg we ended having to make date changes and again Connor patiently helped us navigate that process and helped secure our flight changes promptly. He even followed up after our return flights were completed to check and get feedback from us! All in all we had a very nice experience and received top-notch service all throughout our travel.
