Jasmine Watson is the BEST! I have a cruise planned for THIS WEEKEND and my companions have been a mess! One dropped out, another person was able to take his place, but then had to cancel and THEN got clearance to go after all, but AFTER I had called cruisebound to cancel his spot. Each of these changes required that I contact cruisebound and get them to alter the booking. They did amazing magic for me! Namely, Jasmine Watson! She was my hero through this whole process and handled everything like a pro! Thank you Jasmine, you deserve a raise!
