GBI love this service I love this service. I have booked with accessibileGo the past 5 or 6 times we have stayed away from home. Each time, they work with the hotel to make certain the room meets my needs and that I will not be moved to a non accessible room. They make an additional call a few days before my stay to confirm. All the details of my booking are emailed to me in addition to the details of the calls. To date, every booking has been a positive experience. I’m leaving for another stay tomorrow morning. I will update after the stay, however I expect it will be great.

GBHelp Finding a Hotel with Accommodations AccessibleGo was a great help figuring out which hotels had the accommodations our daughter needed to have a safe and pleasant stay. They were persistent and diligent in contacting hotel personnel to find out whether her scooter would fit through the doors and which rooms actually had grab bars where she needed them. All communication, both on the phone and through email, was professional, courteous and friendly. We are so glad that we found out about this service! We definitely will be using accessibleGo again when we make travel plans with our daughter.

GBDetails needed are not ignored! AccessibleGO made sure to check in with me when I didn’t fully book the first time. Then hunted out the info I couldn’t find to confirm the hotel room would work for my wheelchair life & be functional for my family traveling w/me. Gave me a few options in the city & area I was looking for. The hotel worked out awesome!
