Details needed are not ignored! AccessibleGO made sure to check in with me when I didn’t fully book the first time. Then hunted out the info I couldn’t find to confirm the hotel room would work for my wheelchair life & be functional for my family traveling w/me. Gave me a few options in the city & area I was looking for. The hotel worked out awesome!

I love this service I love this service. I have booked with accessibileGo the past 5 or 6 times we have stayed away from home. Each time, they work with the hotel to make certain the room meets my needs and that I will not be moved to a non accessible room. They make an additional call a few days before my stay to confirm. All the details of my booking are emailed to me in addition to the details of the calls. To date, every booking has been a positive experience. I’m leaving for another stay tomorrow morning. I will update after the stay, however I expect it will be great.

Patch was so thorough and detail… Patch was so thorough and detail oriented for addressing our needs in rooms. This was the first time using the service and I HIGHLY recommend it! In the past, we have made our own reservations and asked questions ahead, but never as thoroughly addressed them as AccessibleGO. On our past arrivals, even though verified as best we could, we would still go in closing our eyes and crossing our fingers, hoping everything was as stated. With Patch doing the leg work and gathering pictures that even included measurements with a carpenter's tape, we feel much more secure. She even requested that they put a note to not adjust/move the room to another prior to our arrival. Traveling can be difficult at times with a disability, but this is one way to decrease that stress and increase the pleasure of the experience
