My request was for international travel, which AccessibleGo hasn’t yet fully rolled out, but the service I have received is actually better than my American Express Platinum Card travel services. We travel often and intend to make this company our go to venue when the need arises.

USSanta Barbara trip hotel bed height My fiance and I were planning a trip to Santa Barbara, CA, and had a terrible time finding a hotel that didn't have a bed that was too high for me to transfer onto from my wheelchair (I need a bed about 20" from floor to top of mattress). Patch and the team were able to locate a hotel with a bed height of 22", which was very doable. The room was completely accessible and looked great, and my fiance and I had a wonderful time in Santa Barbara! AccessibleGO was a great help!

USNever Again!!!! I received a message from you confirming that I would have an accessible room although they didn't have a roll-shower available for those days I would have a shower chair to put in the tub..when I checked in I was told there were no shower chairs or accessible rooms available!..they had no extra pillows and I couldn't even buy water!!!the toilet paper holder fell off the wall soon as I checked in room.the bed was too high to get in I will NOT choose this hotel again!!!!!!!☹️They did put my room on the first floor👍🏽
