So thankful I discovered AccessibleGo! The kindness, care, advocacy and communication were amazing. I had no idea this would be included when I booked through accessibleGo. I will definitely use it again when traveling.

Help Finding a Hotel with Accommodations AccessibleGo was a great help figuring out which hotels had the accommodations our daughter needed to have a safe and pleasant stay. They were persistent and diligent in contacting hotel personnel to find out whether her scooter would fit through the doors and which rooms actually had grab bars where she needed them. All communication, both on the phone and through email, was professional, courteous and friendly. We are so glad that we found out about this service! We definitely will be using accessibleGo again when we make travel plans with our daughter.

There is NOTHING comparable in the… There is NOTHING comparable in the on-line travel sector! Personalized service! My request was for international travel, which AccessibleGo hasn’t yet fully rolled out, but the service I have received is actually better than my American Express Platinum Card travel services. We travel often and intend to make this company our go to venue when the need arises.

Never Again!!!! I received a message from you confirming that I would have an accessible room although they didn't have a roll-shower available for those days I would have a shower chair to put in the tub..when I checked in I was told there were no shower chairs or accessible rooms available!..they had no extra pillows and I couldn't even buy water!!!the toilet paper holder fell off the wall soon as I checked in room.the bed was too high to get in I will NOT choose this hotel again!!!!!!!☹️They did put my room on the first floor👍🏽
