PTGreat staff, terrible payment system. The reason you have two star is due to the lovely staff member who was amazing otherwise it would be ZERO, she helped us through the terrible booking experience. I never thought paying for a trip would be so difficult. Why can’t you have a payment link/portal, it would save time and be so much easier. I am still waiting for a proper invoice with our companies details that I submitted.

GBWill do business with Business-Class, again! I was not so sure about Business-Class, as the on line reviews are mixed. It turned out they not only beat other's price, but also provided excellent service. One of their manager quickly reached out to me regarding to a date error, and the customer representative (Florence Morales) provided me with outstanding help on seat choice and connecting airlines.
