PTGreat staff, terrible payment system. The reason you have two star is due to the lovely staff member who was amazing otherwise it would be ZERO, she helped us through the terrible booking experience. I never thought paying for a trip would be so difficult. Why can’t you have a payment link/portal, it would save time and be so much easier. I am still waiting for a proper invoice with our companies details that I submitted.

GBHalf price tickets. Robert was quick and very helpful on getting us tickets for less than half of what the airline had on their websites. Will always use them going forward for any out of country flights.
