Communication was good until it came to the process for payment Communication was good until it came to payment. I believe it should have been communicated that the payment was going to changed in 3 different transactions. This was not told to me and as a result my bank put a hold on my account and because the payments were going to some other entity than business class.com, I couldn't tell if it was fraudulent or not. It resulted in a lot of stress and phone calls with my bank and the supervisor Odetta at businees class.com
