GBMy account rep for BC service is really sincere and courteous. My account rep for BC service is really great and courteous. No issues with him. What I have been extremely frustrated about is the repeated bookings I've had to do, spending time reviewing and confirming itineraries and thinking I've finalized decisions so my travel plans are set per the account rep's confirmation that my ticket is booked.....only to hear back from him the next day or so, informing me there was some problem or the other causing the booking to no longer be available/confirmed. So I had to restart the process/time/effort to book my ticket all over again -- thrice!!! Very inefficient and more stressful than other travel agent experiences. Definitely room for improvement in this regard. Alice

GBCommunication was good until it came to the process for payment Communication was good until it came to payment. I believe it should have been communicated that the payment was going to changed in 3 different transactions. This was not told to me and as a result my bank put a hold on my account and because the payments were going to some other entity than business class.com, I couldn't tell if it was fraudulent or not. It resulted in a lot of stress and phone calls with my bank and the supervisor Odetta at businees class.com

PTGreat staff, terrible payment system. The reason you have two star is due to the lovely staff member who was amazing otherwise it would be ZERO, she helped us through the terrible booking experience. I never thought paying for a trip would be so difficult. Why can’t you have a payment link/portal, it would save time and be so much easier. I am still waiting for a proper invoice with our companies details that I submitted.
