PTGreat staff, terrible payment system. The reason you have two star is due to the lovely staff member who was amazing otherwise it would be ZERO, she helped us through the terrible booking experience. I never thought paying for a trip would be so difficult. Why can’t you have a payment link/portal, it would save time and be so much easier. I am still waiting for a proper invoice with our companies details that I submitted.

GBGreat experience with it was the first… Great experience with it was the first time using your services. Always there to answer question ever though I’d already received email that I’d hadn’t seen. Will definitely refer anyone that ever asks about flight services.

GBCaesar Took Care of Everything Having Caesar take care of everything. I had a few changes to my itinerary before ticketing it finally and Caesar happily gave me possible flights and all had great prices at least $1000 less than retail. I have a great trip in front of me because of his good work!

GBFirst time, won’t be the last Alan was very helpful finding us business class tickets for about the price of premium economy. He also helped me understand how this works, which matters because it’s not not like simply buying tickets directly from the airlines. But if you want the business class without the price, this works.
