I believe it should have been communicated that the payment was going to changed in 3 different transactions. This was not told to me and as a result my bank put a hold on my account and because the payments were going to some other entity than business class.com, I couldn't tell if it was fraudulent or not. It resulted in a lot of stress and phone calls with my bank and the supervisor Odetta at businees class.com

Will do business with Business-Class, again! I was not so sure about Business-Class, as the on line reviews are mixed. It turned out they not only beat other's price, but also provided excellent service. One of their manager quickly reached out to me regarding to a date error, and the customer representative (Florence Morales) provided me with outstanding help on seat choice and connecting airlines.
