GBGood service Alice got back to me very promptly and the itinerary for my flight is very good. She was easy to work with. I paid more than I thought I would for the ticket; however I realize that I am traveling in peak season. Last year when I had an international flight back to the US in early March, the pricing was much better.

GBCommunication was good until it came to the process for payment Communication was good until it came to payment. I believe it should have been communicated that the payment was going to changed in 3 different transactions. This was not told to me and as a result my bank put a hold on my account and because the payments were going to some other entity than business class.com, I couldn't tell if it was fraudulent or not. It resulted in a lot of stress and phone calls with my bank and the supervisor Odetta at businees class.com

GBCaesar Took Care of Everything Having Caesar take care of everything. I had a few changes to my itinerary before ticketing it finally and Caesar happily gave me possible flights and all had great prices at least $1000 less than retail. I have a great trip in front of me because of his good work!
