The reason you have two star is due to the lovely staff member who was amazing otherwise it would be ZERO, she helped us through the terrible booking experience. I never thought paying for a trip would be so difficult. Why can’t you have a payment link/portal, it would save time and be so much easier. I am still waiting for a proper invoice with our companies details that I submitted.
