Was wary about the legitimacy but was assured that I would get points and would be able to view my schedule on the airline website once confirmed and those all turned out true. I did not need to change my flights so cannot speak on that, but was told that changes and fees would be subject to the airlines rules.

A great experience It was my 1st time using this business, so I was nervous. 'Kayleigh' my assigned personnel stayed with through all steps and monitored and advised me all changes. Kudos for her superb customer service skills. We ended up being friends. Only Feedback I have is, try to keep longer lay overs if flying with different carriers, with different tickets.

very disappointing Maris booked us on Air Canada (AC) from Montreal to Casablanca. AC notified us of change of equipment and put us in premium. Maris told us we would not be refunded the difference but that he could rebook business for the next day, which we took. AC cancelled that flight after we sat on the plane 4 hours, put us in straight economy the next day and only gave us a partial refund for the difference. Maris did nothing to help, although claiming he was working on it. SO FAR, NOTHING

VICTORIA WAS THE BEST, SO PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING We just booked with Victoria a very difficult flight itinerary it was a multi departure and arrival, she worked with me relentlessly trying to provide me with everything on my wish list and I had a lot of wishes. She never gave up on me and found us an amazing itinerary and an amazing price too. It is my first time using this company but will definitely be using Victoria again for future travel. Europe Trip Dealing with Sabina was truly a pleasure...she went the extra mile providing multiple Airlines Options...after the one I booked canceled my Flt early (1:30AM) she worked hard and got me out on another Airline later that AM so not to miss my Appointments.
