Thank you Arturo Whether I book with him or not, Arturo worked really hard to get the flights I need and kept looking every time I told him that the options he sent me didn't work. He was responsive by phone, text, and email, polite, and understood my needs.

very disappointing Maris booked us on Air Canada (AC) from Montreal to Casablanca. AC notified us of change of equipment and put us in premium. Maris told us we would not be refunded the difference but that he could rebook business for the next day, which we took. AC cancelled that flight after we sat on the plane 4 hours, put us in straight economy the next day and only gave us a partial refund for the difference. Maris did nothing to help, although claiming he was working on it. SO FAR, NOTHING

Great experience overall Great experience overall. Was wary about the legitimacy but was assured that I would get points and would be able to view my schedule on the airline website once confirmed and those all turned out true. I did not need to change my flights so cannot speak on that, but was told that changes and fees would be subject to the airlines rules.

Oleh was extremely helpful Oleh was extremely helpful. I gave him some parameters and then even had to change those and he was very flexible. He quickly gave me some options that we tweaked a third time and he ended up securing an incredible deal! The flight was perfect both ways and everything was in order from booking to checkin and insurance. Just perfect.
