Our flight from Dallas to Sydney Our flight from Dallas to Sydney, Australia was canceled because of storms. I called Sophie, she immediately canceled all else and started working on a new flight plan. It worked perfectly and we actually arrived in Sydney earlier than planned. Thank you so much, Sophie! We would have missed our cruise without you!

Everything went very smoothly! Dealing with Alex was a pleasure. She was on top of things, and kept in touch with me, and my flights went very, very smoothly even though United Airlines threw a monkey wrench into things by changing the times of my flights, Alex kept on top of everything and notified me at every step of the way I appreciate all your help!

Great service As always I had a fantastic experience with Business Class Consolidator. Sofia's service in booking my flights to South Africa was efficient, accurate and very helpful. She makes the whole Airtravel Thing so much easier and more pleasant.

Thankfully our flight went well Thankfully our flight went well. We were very comfortable but concerned at the same time. March 17 and April 2, 2024 were our flight dates. On April 2 our flight attendants/ serving crew were very unorganized with all of their activities. From failing to greet customers in Business class, to unorganized meal service, it was distressing. Also, I did not realize I was flying on a 787 Dreamliner until shortly before take off. I will never ride on one again. BCC was great to work with. Next time I will ask about the type of plane!
