Very pleasant experience The price for our business class tickets to New Zealand was well below regular retail. Sasha was very patient with us and kept looking unbtil we found an itinerary that worked. Cathay Pacific and Quatar Air were great airlines and it was a pleasure to fly these very long trips. We also worked with Sasha or a trip to Israel and she was wonderful in cancelling and getting us a refund when the war broke out. Sasha booked us on a trip to Italy (with a 4 year old) and she kept that in mind when selecting flights We will definitely keep Sasha on speed dial for the future,

Oleh was extremely helpful Oleh was extremely helpful. I gave him some parameters and then even had to change those and he was very flexible. He quickly gave me some options that we tweaked a third time and he ended up securing an incredible deal! The flight was perfect both ways and everything was in order from booking to checkin and insurance. Just perfect.

Our flight from Dallas to Sydney Our flight from Dallas to Sydney, Australia was canceled because of storms. I called Sophie, she immediately canceled all else and started working on a new flight plan. It worked perfectly and we actually arrived in Sydney earlier than planned. Thank you so much, Sophie! We would have missed our cruise without you!

Everything went very smoothly! Dealing with Alex was a pleasure. She was on top of things, and kept in touch with me, and my flights went very, very smoothly even though United Airlines threw a monkey wrench into things by changing the times of my flights, Alex kept on top of everything and notified me at every step of the way I appreciate all your help!

Great experience overall Great experience overall. Was wary about the legitimacy but was assured that I would get points and would be able to view my schedule on the airline website once confirmed and those all turned out true. I did not need to change my flights so cannot speak on that, but was told that changes and fees would be subject to the airlines rules.
