Was wary about the legitimacy but was assured that I would get points and would be able to view my schedule on the airline website once confirmed and those all turned out true. I did not need to change my flights so cannot speak on that, but was told that changes and fees would be subject to the airlines rules.

I had a lot of changes and questions and his patience with me, who was nervous about the process, was unending. Our flight from Dallas to Sydney Our flight from Dallas to Sydney, Australia was canceled because of storms. I called Sophie, she immediately canceled all else and started working on a new flight plan. It worked perfectly and we actually arrived in Sydney earlier than planned. Thank you so much, Sophie! We would have missed our cruise without you!

A great experience It was my 1st time using this business, so I was nervous. 'Kayleigh' my assigned personnel stayed with through all steps and monitored and advised me all changes. Kudos for her superb customer service skills. We ended up being friends. Only Feedback I have is, try to keep longer lay overs if flying with different carriers, with different tickets.

She was on top of things, and kept in touch with me, and my flights went very, very smoothly even though United Airlines threw a monkey wrench into things by changing the times of my flights, Alex kept on top of everything and notified me at every step of the way I appreciate all your help!
