Thank you Kim Kim. Brazil trip was amazing My family and I toured Brazil for March break. We went with Kim Kim and right from the quotes to responding to my query on time, Renata was spot on. Always had a fear to visit Brazil especially Rio with the amount of thefts going on. Thankfully our trip was amazing with no incident of any sorts. Both our travel guides, in Rio as well as Foz do Iguaçu were beyond amazing. From airport pickup to seeing places, everything was very well organized. I will definitely recommend Kim Kim hands down.

I am so thrilled with how our vacation… I am so thrilled with how our vacation to Italy turned out. I have never been before so I was very anxious and did not know where to start. Our trip planner Irene was phenomenal. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Her communication exchanges were prompt, very polite and educated. She even accommodated some trip changes with ease and worked with our budget effectively. We did a 10-day trip over Venice, Florence and Rome and it was more than we could have imagined. The hotels, transfers and the tours that were chosen for us were excellent. Everything went so smoothly and made the trip extremely enjoyable. The professionalism of this company and their partners reign supreme. We would hire them again in a heart beat and recommend them everyone we know.

KimKim does not provide 100% satisfaction My journey with KimKim started in late 2019. A trip of a lifetime was planned in India for late 2020. An itinerary was chosen and a deposit paid. Then COVID impacted. I immediately requested a refund that was refused. FCO guidance recommended no travel to India for two proceeding years. KimKim postponed the holiday until travel was possible, but at that time of booking no commitment to any of the services was made so the deposit funds should have been uncommitted. After years of rescheduling the holiday KimKim prices increased to unreasonable levels and they still refused to return my deposit. Other travel companies such as Trailfinders had more realistic policies regarding deposit refunds and will get my business in the future.

Amazing Guatemala! Best trip ever thanks to Catherina, Esteban, Mario and David. Our Guatemala trip was flawless, beautiful, and had so many once in a lifetime memories. Thanks to kimkim and Columbus Travel for your kindness, the care we felt every step of the trip, and for sharing your beautiful country with us. Mario, thanks for showing us the amazing Mayan culture right in Guatemala City. David, you are a philosopher and we appreciated all we learned from you about the Mayan and Guatemala. Esteban, thanks for taking us to Lake Atitlan and spending part of Semana Santa with us away from your family. We will never forget the Mayan Good Friday processions we saw on the way to Antigua.. and of course sharing your hometown with us! Much appreciation. We wish we could stay another week. Guatemala is one of the most beautiful places we have traveled, the history, nature and people are special.

KimKim and Tasos took great care of us KimKim and Tasos took great care of us. Working with Tasos to create a customized travel itinerary was a joy. We were traveling with 3 adults, a 12-year-old, and a 5-year-old; everyone had fun. Our private tour guides spoke English and were very entertaining and informative. The drivers that picked us up and dropped us off were always on time and were so nice and helpful. The restaurant recommendations were spot on. Our hotels were fantastic and more than met the needs of a family + single adult arrangement! Working with them made the trip spectacular! Can't say thank you enough!!!!
