We were traveling with 3 adults, a 12-year-old, and a 5-year-old; everyone had fun. Our private tour guides spoke English and were very entertaining and informative. The drivers that picked us up and dropped us off were always on time and were so nice and helpful. The restaurant recommendations were spot on. Our hotels were fantastic and more than met the needs of a family + single adult arrangement! Working with them made the trip spectacular! Can't say thank you enough!!!!

The local expert made sure that all our whished, needs and requirements were taking into account when designing our day plan, from places to visit/things to do to the accommodations and transport. The personalized plan had room for flexibility as well, so we could change things pending on the weather and how we were feeling/or needs at that time. The guides we had were very knowledgeable, kind and considered. The drivers had amazing skills and were very helpful as well. Grandma / Grandpa trip to Scotland Aleksandra, did a marvelous job in helping us with this trip to Scotland. Using third parties, in setting up reservations is very challenging, and often there are surprises along the way. However, Aleksandra was engaged and in close contact with us during the entire trip. We give her our highest commendations!!!

I am so thrilled with how our vacation… I am so thrilled with how our vacation to Italy turned out. I have never been before so I was very anxious and did not know where to start. Our trip planner Irene was phenomenal. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Her communication exchanges were prompt, very polite and educated. She even accommodated some trip changes with ease and worked with our budget effectively. We did a 10-day trip over Venice, Florence and Rome and it was more than we could have imagined.
