KimKim does not provide 100% satisfaction My journey with KimKim started in late 2019. A trip of a lifetime was planned in India for late 2020. An itinerary was chosen and a deposit paid. Then COVID impacted. I immediately requested a refund that was refused. FCO guidance recommended no travel to India for two proceeding years. KimKim postponed the holiday until travel was possible, but at that time of booking no commitment to any of the services was made so the deposit funds should have been uncommitted. After years of rescheduling the holiday KimKim prices increased to unreasonable levels and they still refused to return my deposit. Other travel companies such as Trailfinders had more realistic policies regarding deposit refunds and will get my business in the future.

Highly recommend! Great experience with Kimkim organizing… Great experience with Kimkim organizing our adventure trip to Lapland in Finland. Moonika was able to create a plan quickly and after a couple of revisions we had our ideal travel plan and activities. She checked in with us when action was needed and for important reminders. Organization, communication and use of platform all worked very smoothly. We highly recommend Kimkim to those who have no time scrolling the internet to organize their trip. The activities planned where a delight!

I travel extensively, and this is my second trip organized by the team and I am extremely happy and hence planning my third trip to S. Korea in September. I am so happy I found you especially that I am a solo Traveller, tends to be pricy for me but worth every penny.

Unforgettable trip Unforgettable trip! We had a few planning sessions with our tour operator (over the phone and online) and were able to get an incredible itinerary planned out with our tour operator, Misky Travels. We were prepared and not very stressed. We would definitely use kimkim again! Our one drawback was that we would recommend that the tour operators provide an itemized breakdown of costs.
