I am so thrilled with how our vacation… I am so thrilled with how our vacation to Italy turned out. I have never been before so I was very anxious and did not know where to start. Our trip planner Irene was phenomenal. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Her communication exchanges were prompt, very polite and educated. She even accommodated some trip changes with ease and worked with our budget effectively. We did a 10-day trip over Venice, Florence and Rome and it was more than we could have imagined. The hotels, transfers and the tours that were chosen for us were excellent. Everything went so smoothly and made the trip extremely enjoyable. The professionalism of this company and their partners reign supreme. We would hire them again in a heart beat and recommend them everyone we know.

We had a few planning sessions with our tour operator (over the phone and online) and were able to get an incredible itinerary planned out with our tour operator, Misky Travels. We were prepared and not very stressed. We would definitely use kimkim again! Our one drawback was that we would recommend that the tour operators provide an itemized breakdown of costs.

extremely pleased Have used Kimkim several times and it’s great how they pair you up with a local travel agent who will assist and help you with whatever you are interesting in doing. Used it for a December trip to the Azores and couldn’t have been more pleased, and then for a spring trip to Japan that included trekking in the Kumano Kodo region where there are very few western hotels so the assistance provided for the reservations and logistics was pivotal. They also accommodate to your budget and interests so it’s a win win. Will most likely use them again.

KimKim did a nice job of helping us… KimKim did a nice job of helping us plan our two weeks in Japan. We enjoyed all of the excursions and really appreciated all the logistical help with transportation. My only disappointment was the quality of the guides. While all of them were very kind, solicitous, punctual and helpful, I was unhappy with a couple of them not having enough English proficiency and either a lack of knowledge about the history and culture of the places we visited or an inability to convey that information due to language issues. I feel we missed out on a lot of history of some sites because of this.

Wonderful experience Overall, we were super happy with the whole experience that Kimkim put together. Everything worked out seamlessly. The various tour guides were super lovely and made it a fun experience. Our driver Mohamed was excellent - 5* for him!!
