Overall a great trip Went to Scotland with Amber (that Midwestern Mom) the trip was amazing. Amber is a great travel partner. She’s lovely and genuinely wants to get to know everyone in the group. Trova Communication was good once we got closer to the trip. They set up a Telegram group for us all to chat and get to know one another. Airport Pickups/ drop offs were terrific. Our guide from Haggis Tours was phenomenal! We saw so much, heard tons of lore and history and took 100000000 photos. The friends I made are for a lifetime. And I would do it again in a heartbeat. Not everything was perfect but even the trips I plan are never perfect so I have nothing drastically negative stood out.

Excellent Customer Assistance The assistance overall and personalized service. We had a few people miss flights and lose luggage. Trova's assistance was great as they got everything resolved and those affected did not lose out on the trip. The pre trip offering is something everyone should take in case of any hiccups with airlines/transfers, etc. It is worth it so take advantage of that offering. I will be travelling with Trova Trip again fort sure.

The itinerary was great The itinerary was great; everything was really well-organized and safe. The guide, Cynthia, was amazing. She communicated very well and was kind. TrovaTrip took care of every detail and that made the international travel so much easier.

Well planned/Excellent Guide Well planned trip with an excellent local guide and lots of activity. The days were long packing in so many experiences but there was also free time and opportunities to skip activities if you chose. Our guide was well versed and always punctual. I appreciated keeping the same guide throughout the week and multiple cities.

JJ is the best guide for Thailand! Could not have had a better guide and overall experience in Thailand! Our guide, JJ, was informative, helpful, and so fun! However, for the trip itinerary, I think it should be clearly noted that the island hopping boat is a ferry. And you should add at least one visit to a Buddhist temple or the big Buddha.
