Costa Rica Woot Woot Costa Rica with the Woot Woot Queen was nothing short of amazing!! Love the energy Lacee provides & Loved our Guide Ivan & Driver Edgar! It was clear Edgar was a very experienced driver & Ivan knew the History & Area's which we traveled very well!

Trips are great but… Our only issue on all the Trova trips is being able to find the transfer person or driver when we land. My suggestion is they wear a certain bright/Neon colored shirt with a large sign saying TROVA and the hosts name LAURA CALDWELL, under it. And they have it displayed clearly to be seen in the meeting area. Our last trip to Japan with Laura was a major f-up. The driver was unaware of the group coming in to catch the 5:30 shuttle to the hotel. It took over an hour to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it. There were four of us(2 groups of 2) and if not for the Trova app, we wouldn’t have found each other! Laura reimbursed us for the Taxi ride from Narita to our hotel.

Excellent Customer Assistance The assistance overall and personalized service. We had a few people miss flights and lose luggage. Trova's assistance was great as they got everything resolved and those affected did not lose out on the trip. The pre trip offering is something everyone should take in case of any hiccups with airlines/transfers, etc. It is worth it so take advantage of that offering. I will be travelling with Trova Trip again fort sure.

A Taste of Morocco My recent trip to Morocco was a wonderful immersion into their culture and history. Our tour guide was warm and informative, responding to questions as we traveled from place to place. Our bus was quite comfortable, and had a driver with steel nerves that safely brought us through the many mountain passes. The local guides were also terrific and brought an even deeper appreciation for each of our stops. The hotels we stayed in were clean and lovely, offering many amenities. Overall, this was a delightful experience and I feel extremely fortunate to have joined this group of wanderers.

Overall a great trip Went to Scotland with Amber (that Midwestern Mom) the trip was amazing. Amber is a great travel partner. She’s lovely and genuinely wants to get to know everyone in the group. Trova Communication was good once we got closer to the trip. They set up a Telegram group for us all to chat and get to know one another. Airport Pickups/ drop offs were terrific. Our guide from Haggis Tours was phenomenal! We saw so much, heard tons of lore and history and took 100000000 photos. The friends I made are for a lifetime. And I would do it again in a heartbeat. Not everything was perfect but even the trips I plan are never perfect so I have nothing drastically negative stood out.
