Fiji Vacations organized an amazing… Fiji Vacations organized an amazing trip for me to Fiji. They recommended the perfect resort and coordinated our transfers from the main island to the smaller island of Tavewa. Everyone they connected us with was professional and friendly and the resort was amazing. I had never used a travel agent before so I was a little scared to let someone I had never met have full control of the trip but Melissa and her staff did not let me down. She got us great prices on everything and gave wonderful advice... especially concerning the helicopter ride in which was so worth it.

Both resorts were excellent Both resorts were excellent: great service, location, food, amenities, etc. Family consensus was that it was our best vacation ever. Travel agent was very knowledgeable & helpful. Everything went according to plan. Trip was expensive because we stayed at 5-star resorts, but definitely feel like I got more than my money's worth. Would absolutely recommend Fiji Vacations for anybody planning a trip to Fiji

Fiji Airways changed our flight time… Fiji Airways changed our flight time and flight number, and that caused us to lose our prepaid bulkhead seats. Melissa worked diligently over a 3-week period and was finally able to get Fiji Air to honor our original seats and restore them. She saved our trip, because I would not have been able to fly in the regular coach seats due to medical concerns. Nineteen dental students were counting on my being able to help them provided endodontic treatment in Tonga, and my not going would have been a disaster for all. Thanks you Melissa for saving the day for us.

Cheryl was extremely prompt in… Cheryl was extremely prompt in responding back in forth with us while booking out trip. She provided multiple options that worked well in our budget. She answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. It was very stress free and we had a tripped booked within in 3 days of sending our online inquiry. I would recommend Fiji Vacations for future use. Also, we recently received a package full of Fiji goodies include hats and a tote bag from the company- a wonderful surprise!
